I placed an order with Cute Thee, unaware that the company was based in China, back in September of 2021 and have yet to receive the items or a refund.

At first the customer service was really responsive. The fault in the beginning was mine I had recently moved and the address was incorrect, still customer service assured me that they would re-send the item to the correct address. However, now, as the time has gone on I still await a resolution. I no longer want the items, but would accept them. I also would accept a refund, but though I have an entire string of emails I am left still without product or any resolution except "deal with it". So, while I have no experience with the product quality (which I can now see from other reviews is also lacking) I do know Cute Thee Customer Service is unable/unwilling to serve.

I do not recommend.

VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. Ordered over a month ago and still have not received my order. My so called receipt they emailed me came basically blank with NO ORDER NUMBERS, PHONE NUMBER OR ANYTHING! NOT EVEN THE COMPANY NAME, JUST A PICTURE OF THE MERCHANDISE I ORDERED. Will NOT be ordering from here again. I hope I can delete the website off all my devices!!!!!!

I AM NOT PLEASED WITH MY ORDER I CANT TRACK MY ORDER DOWN NOR GET IN TOUCH WITH SOMEONE,ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH SINCE I PLACED AN ORDER AND PRAY MY GRANDBABY WILL BE ABLE TO WEAR THE CLOTHS BY THE TIME I RECEIVE THE THEM..THIS IS MY FIRST TIME ORDERING FROM THEM AND WILL BE MY LAST TIME...

I feel for the people who had bad experiences with this site, but I’m happy to say my experience was good! Yes the material is of a cheaper quality… but I also paid a cheaper price for it so that’s to be expected. The outfits came looking exactly how they looked online, and sizing wasn’t an issue because we bought multiple sizes for our baby to grow into. Our order came in a timely manner, and I can’t wait for our little girl to start growing into the cute little outfits! :)

I wish I had read the reviews. ZERO STARS. I requested to cancel order BEFORE it was shipped. 2 days later they ship and tell me I can't cancel. Then they refuse to work with me to return unopened package. PayPal wouldn't help either. So I open package. JUNK. Flimsy material, sizing is way off and a 12-18 month outfit came with a hat that would not fit a newborn. I spent $61.11 on 4 onsies and 2 outfits that I could have bought at Walmart for half the price and better quality. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I bought this for my 5 year old grandson and this toy is not suitable for young children. It is like something out of a Christmas cracker. It is so small, unable to read the names of the planets and just not worth the money. Do not waste your money.

The order was late arriving and had to track it down at the post office. The t shirts i ordered run small. I am hoping they do not shrink in the wash so if you order, order larger sizes. The outfit for the toddler was adorable with the sunflowers and onsie. The graphics on the shirt were as advertised. The material is soft and has a little stretch to it. I am very pleased with the look of the items. Not so happy with the time it took to get here. When i did contact the company they did respond. I'll give 'em credit for that!

The onsie is very good quality & very cute. My only complaint is the amount of time it took to get it!

If I could give them zero stars I would! I ordered a waist strap at the beginning of December. I have emailed them numerous times and the only answer I recieve is "check with your neighbors or with the post office". I have done all of this more than once. I have asked repeatedly for a refund. I wish I was warned about how there isn't a customer service just someone re writing the same response "check the mail". Ridiculous!!

I wish I had read the reviews on this company before I ordered 2 x heated gillets for Xmas presents. I ordered a M and a L. The order did not take long to arrive which was good but the items, although labelled as a M and a L, were no way that sizing. I am a 12 and couldn’t even get the L done up let alone the M!. I have contacted them via emails on several occasions and as far as the are concerned they are a M and L so are not prepared to refund me or replace for larger sizes😡. So now I have 2 Xmas presents that are no good to anyone and now have to spend more money on Xmas presents. NOT IMPRESSED with this company.

Pumapat had great tshirts and the adult large was a large, they even discontinued a tshirt and reached out to me to choose another then they shopped it to where I needed it since it was a present. It does take a bit to get the shirts but it's coming from China. I would use them again.

Received my order today love it.We call my granddaughter Sassy Saphyre.I ordered a outfit with little miss sassy pants on a yellow t-shirt and black pants with sunflowers on them also has a matching headband.bought 2 in different sizes.one for Christmas and one for her birthday next summer.absolutely adorable looks exactly like the pictures did.sizes look pretty accurate too.will definitely be ordering more stuff from them .

I ordered cloths it took almost four months to come and none of the cloths look like what they are meant to and not the right size!!!!!!!!! I sent two e-mails to the company for a refund and return label no response from company !!i was looking for the contact number i did research about this company and i found their support info which is .which is the correct number for this company My experiences with this company was good especially working with customer service who helped me through returning a couple of items and an return TheCOMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE made the process easy Do not purchase from this company helpline:two one4

Very very poor quality to the point items going in the bin.no details on how to return. Adds were to good to be true. Don't buy from this company. They contacted me after this review, firstly offered an $8 refund when I spent $200 and then offered a refund if I post back to China at my expense. Keep away from this company.

I ordered on June 9. July 1,2021 it shows delivered in NJ. I live in Alaska, it was to be delivered in Florida. It was a t-shirt for my newborn grandchild. I don’t know how to get my $$ back! Sadly, I ordered another for delivery to Grandbaby in this state. I want my $ back!

I checked and the company has its address listed in the UK, so I bought an item. But right away I got a tracking number that I cant even read that is in Chinese. Im pissed. I specifically ordered only because I thought the company was in the UK and was legit.

SCAM SCAM SCAM !! I ordered more then 2 months ago. Haven’t received any of my $56 merchandise. My E ‘ mails get the same responses “ please be patient your order is in transit. “! Rip off. Now onto the Attorney General 😡🤬
