I will be contacting the police with fraud I ordered bout 15 items in February and my delivery was sent yesterday and only received a headband and it was the wrong color!!!😡😡😡😡 never again

Ordered Jan 21. Received no tracking number. March still no package. But my money came out same day. Never again!

So I still got nothi g its bin over a month like idkwhats going on I ordered 6 to 9 months I mean I would rather not even get it then if this is gonna be the case my baby has grown and still nothing I had already wrote one review like idk what to do this is crazy how these sites just take yourfukin money

It has been over a month since I placed my first/only & last order. I had reached out to customer service multiple times explaining my concern on not receiving any tracking information for my order like they had said I would. No response, no care or concern for their customers clearly. As stated in my last email to them at this point all I want is a refund. This was the first thing I had purchased after finding out I was due to have a baby girl in August and what started out exciting has turned in to disappointment. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Wish I had done my research before taking a chance on a company I found through an ad on Instagram.

I ordered more than a month ago and still didn’t receive the packets! And wrote them many emails but only one response with the tracking that is was send. 4 weeks later still no packets! And no response on my email anymore. I asked for my money back right know but I think I lost it! I will never order here again!

Yes it takes time to get the order, but I did get mine, a few weeks after I placed the order .
But unfortunately I’m sending everything back because I’m so disappointed about the quality of the clothes. It looks really cheap! It’s not soft at all, definitely don’t want my baby to wear scratchy clothes. I sent them an email and they told me to send them back to China, I still have to see how much that’s gonna cost!! So unfortunately that the outfits look really cute online but totally different once you get them! So disappointing!

I placed an order back in october and never got my package. Not pleased.

Did not receive order. I can see the payment taken out of my bank account but no confirmation email of order, no way to find my actual order, and items never arrived. Don’t order from this company.

Great suit for our crumbs! And he came well very quickly)) dense fabric, bright drawing, all as in the photos. One only drawback personally for me: on shorts in the ruche area, well, very uneven lines and many protruding threads-for this a small minus. With the seller to communicate honor

Don't really know how to rate since I just ordered but I'm worried because so many reviews saying they didnt receive their order or bad quality. Sure hope this wasn't a scam. I've already told my grandaught I ordered it for her.

I’m not sure what’s going on, my order has been sitting in a New York distribution center since Nov 21st and it hasn’t moved. No updates from tracking center either. Does anyone know if this is normal from this company?
