Charles Watson (Ironmongers) Ltd Opiniones

Everything good - the product as ordered and the Royal Mail delivery OK.
2 small points - I didn't see an option for an express
delivery, (luckily my order wasn't urgent)
and
the order was confirmed, but despatch wouldn't take place until payment was received. No notification of receipt was sent, I was just hoping that all was OK with the credit card etc.!! A receipt or something would have been nice.......,

Fair pricing and super fast delivery! Nice to know that a real ironmonger exists offering this sort of service. This is better value than driving to my nearest ironmonger - unless of course I'd be going into town anyway.

Great service, great value for a high quality product.

Great service and great product. Thank you

Very easy purchase and delivery experience.

Excellent service

Order canceled without explanation. Refund given.

Excelent service from these guys. Very fast delivery highly recomended.

Delivered within 2 days , easy ordering

The washing pole itself arrived promptly and looks very nice and solid. The pulley attachment is less professional, but still good for the price and would be 4 or 5*... except the washing line, wall attachment and wall cleat were missing from the kit and still no response after 2-3 weeks.

It would have been helpful to have fixing hole dimensions available before ordering.

I accidentally ordered double the quantity of washing posts via Amazon. When I contacted Charles Watson, they could not have been more understanding and helpful. They advised me how to repack the excess items, emailed me a label and arranged for FedEx to collect the items.
Outstanding service. Thank you.

Well-made product, and delivery was quick. Looks like set up will be pretty easy too, which is good.

We did need to contact customer service, as an item was missing, but they were very helpful and sorted it out straight away. The missing item was also despatched and delivered very quickly.

Ordering was very easy and delivered quickly.
Very happy with the service

Prompt service also rectified error straight away.

Easy to find what I was looking for, and at a great price too. Was delivered next day as well.

Will be my first choice to look at for my next project

Solid washing line post with a tube socket which gets concreted in. Seemed expensive on paper but you get what you pay for and buying a pair improves the value. Customer services was especially good when I had a problem with Paypal using my old address for shipping, sorted everything. Thanks again.

My order for twin washing line poles came very quickly, within 48 hours. The delivery company used, were super efficient and phoned me when they couldn't find the house, unlike other delivery companies I have experienced in the last week or so. Really pleased with the full service, and the poles were just what I wanted.

Prompt dispatch , well packed and a competitive price. would use again.
