What a service from this company
What a service! I sent an email about the dimensions of a product - was answered almost immediately. Ordered the items I required and it was delivered the following morning with a minimal £4 postage. Highly recommended company.

Ordering and quality of goods adequate
Ordering and quality of goods acceptable. Unfortunately I had not updated my home address. As soon as I had placed the order I realised the error. I made Email contact with C.Watson explaining the issue together with the new address and was advised it would be sorted.
The goods were delivered to my old address.
Nothing further by way of explanation from C.Watson which I feel is somewhat disappointing.

Thank you for your 4-star review! We're glad to hear you found the ordering process and quality of goods acceptable.
We sincerely apologise for the mix-up with your delivery address and the considerable inconvenience this caused. We fully understand your frustration that the order was still sent to the old address, despite our efforts to update it with the carrier. Unfortunately, as the item had already been dispatched, we were unable to create a new delivery ticket with the correct address. Thank you again for your feedback. It will be used to improve our processes and reduce such issues in the future.
Good product and good price

Great stock and quick fair-priced delivery
I’ve needed some replacement drawer runners for about 15 years. Charles Watson had them in stock and could deliver them next day for a reasonable price. Very satisfied and I’ll shop here again.

Generally good but packing disappointing
The ordering process was fine, prices are good, delivery time was good. But why is the shelf upright sticking out of the top of the package? So, the paint at the end is scuffed.

Respuesta de Charles Watson (Ironmongers) Ltd
Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear you were happy with the ordering process, pricing, and delivery time. However, we’re sorry to learn about the issue with the packaging and the scuffed paint on the shelf. That’s definitely not the experience we want for our customers. We are looking into how we package and this shouldn't happen again.
