CWD Pond Opiniones 

I was looking at jump guards for my new Koi pond. The prices I was being quoted were eye watering, so I asked for recommendations on one of the Koi pages on Facebook and someone from CW Sandbatch suggested I take a look at their website. I'm very glad I did, because what they offer was far better than what I'd been looking at and even better, it was about a quarter of the price.
They were absolutely great to deal with. I simply gave them the measurements of what I needed and everything was custom made and delivered in about a week.
The fitted guards look great. A fantastic finishing touch to my new pond.

Glass turned up in the wrong size. Driver refuse to take it back, then had to wait another 2 weeks for another pain of glass in which I was promised the driver would take back the glass,which was the wrong size and he still didn't! ended up having to take it to the skip.. joke.all round poor service.

Got 2 Windows för my pond .told me 15working days and delivery was as he said .best price and quality I could find .so good I’m ordering jump guards now .used there mastic and that’s as good as anything I’ve used before. after previously installing 6 windows before Carl is always there for advice

Glass is very nice and coms with a fitting kit.

Excellent service fitting the two glass windows to my diy pond no hassle taking the stress away while I was at work with the heavy glass, thanks to the team at cwd

Great company, more than happy with the product but the interaction with them is outstanding too. Even with being a picky customer, Carl has answered every question I’ve had, as silly as some of them have been, always happy to help,( what more could you want) would highly recommend to others 10/10!! Keep it up guys :)

Outstanding experience, ordered online and I was completed in just 5 mins.
Delivery was exactly when they said it was, I had a phone call from the delivery person and 30 minutes he was at my door

Waited in for 2 days for EST delivery time.
tried contacting seller after the dates given to try and locate item (Track), little response until I found a contact number.
Seller said that my item was first on its way , then it was damaged in transport. So a new one would be sent following Monday. Then that afternoon he said it was actually attempted to be delivered but no one was home to sign for it.
( I had no phone call to say driver is on his way or at the property) which description states they would.
I've been over my cameras several times and NO attempt has been made.
I feel the seller is not really bothered, the way in which he's dealing with this. My now temporary setup for my koi is becoming longer and longer.
This is week 5 now waiting for a bit of glass.
Average delivery stated by them is approx 2 weeks.
BEWARE!!

Very good service provided by this company, communication could be a little better with order updates and expected delivery dates.
The glass I ordered from them is absolutely top notch and stunning, at a great price too

Product looks good quality and arrived safe and sound. Not fitted yet. Easy to order, delivery was on time. No issues

After an initial delay which was an error due to delivery issues I found CWD very helpful as to what I required etc.the pond window was perfect and also box liner.I would definitely recommend.

Dropped of no cover (or not wrapped) wasn’t even laid down if wind got it would be smashed on floor 1.5 meters in the air then who’s fault would it of been
