Great People and very professional.
Would highly recommend Cyberlab for any cyber essentials and cyber essentials plus help. This is the second time we as a business have worked with Cyberlab and both times all of the team have been very professional and helpful. Customer service is great and would highly recommend them all. Thanks.

Excellent Cyber Essentials guidance & support
Our second Cyber Essentials self-assessment with Cyberlab and they excel in making the process straightforward, with support available when required and at assessment. Once submitted, the assessors feedback is quick and provides detailed information in order to rectify any potential non-compliance areas. We will be using Cyberlab next year when we require reaccreditation.

Cyber Essentials + Audit
Our second CE+ audit as a stand alone business entity.
This year we used cyberlab and it has been a seamless process from start to finish.
Our auditer, Hugo, is a very friendly guy certainly helps negate some of the tension you feel with an audit of this type. Smooth communication throughout definitely making this a company I would recommend for any business going through their Cyber Essentials audits.

Helped with Certification
Cyberlab guided TrainPlus through the process of achieving the Cyber Essentials Plus certification. Their staff is very helpful and allowed me to understand what was required in order to pass.
