£25 fee
So, we took an bike insurance with them for £5.51 per month. As we didn't sign the credit contract (the mail was in the junk and why a credit contract?), they took an extra of £25. Thank you very much!
When we contact them, they said "contact the credit finance company".
What a mess....... we canceled, and again a fee of £36.30.
Don't trust them.

Hello Bruno, thank you for leaving us a review, and we’re very sorry to hear about the confusion surrounding your payments.
We understand how frustrating these situations can be, but when you opt to purchase cover with us, by selecting Monthly payments you enter into a credit agreement with our third party finance company, Premium Credit.
Regarding the £25 default charge, please note that this has been requested by Premium Credit and is not a charge applied by ourselves. This charge falls within the terms and conditions of the credit agreement you agreed to when setting up your payments with Premium Credit. Unfortunately, we don’t have control over this charge, but Premium Credit will be able to provide more details on how it was applied.
When you incept a policy with ourselves, you agree to our terms of business agreement. This states our cancellation fee and cancellation process. I do apologise for any upset caused when cancelling the policy in line with our terms of business.

The administration fee covers costs and expenses we incur in arranging your insurance cover. For example, those incurred in agreeing terms with the insurer, setting up the policy, creating your policy documents, regulatory costs, fees and levies. This arrangement and administration fee may vary according to the policy period, policy type and any optional additions to your cover.

Hugely expensive renewals
Hugely expensive renewals, I managed to get the same level of policy for 1/3 the price. Not easy to cancel the policy. Never had to claim so cannot comment on that aspect.

I can see that you spoke with my colleague Adrian, who did offer to look at the available options for your renewal, however you requested to cancel via this telephone call.
On this occasion, the renewal price offered was the best we were able to provide. Due to price capping rules, applying an additional discount would have actually increased the price, which meant there were no further changes we could make.
I appreciate that this isn’t the outcome you were hoping for. Unfortunately, when price capping applies, it can limit how much flexibility we have with discounts, even when we’d like to do more to help.
I’m sorry we weren’t able to offer you a better price this time, but I do hope you’ve since been able to find cover that works for you.

Great Cover & Price.
Just purchased cycle insurance through Cycleplan. Very straightforward and easy to use site. The price was good and cheaper than the others out there. Im getting positive vibes and am feeling optimistic that my future cycling pursuits will now be protected by having this insurance cover in place.
