Dillon Thelen from Cyclomedia completely wasted my time. I had reached out with a clear interest in their platform and specifically requested a demo. Dillon responded promptly, assuring me that I would receive login details shortly so I could explore the system and evaluate its fit for our needs. But after that initial promise, nothing happened—no follow-up, no login information, not even a quick message to say there’d be a delay. I waited patiently, assuming it was just a temporary oversight, but days turned into weeks and still no access. It felt like I was strung along for no reason, and it’s frustrating when a company claims to prioritize customer engagement yet can’t deliver on such a basic step. My time is valuable, and being left in the dark like that shows a serious lack of professionalism. If this is how Cyclomedia treats potential clients, I can only imagine how poor the support might be once you’ve signed a contract. Completely unacceptable and disappointing experience.
