Amazing service. First found the part on Autodoc & sold by D2P Autoparts. However delivery was too slow. So contacted D2 and went to collect in person. All staff incredibly helpful & my order was executed within 15 mins. I was back on the road home in less than 20 minutes. That's fast for this kind of operation. Part performance & fit is identical to the factory part but much less expensive. Will definitely be using this supplier again.

The service was very quick, tracking was brilliant and the item arrived next day! Pratiksha was very helpful.

Hose came folded in half. Not used it yet but seems to be ok . Delivery was quick . No idea why I need to mention pratiksha not sure what they did .

I incorrectly ordered a part for my Daughters Van. And when she found out at the Garage who was going to fit it that it wasnt the part she decided it was time to change the Van. I contacted D2P Autoparts. They were so Helpful/Understanding in arraging a refund. I had to put a Review on here. Thank you.

After searching web for replacement Boot lid electric struts and dismissing Land Rover’s £700 for the pair, and others 4 to 7 days delivery times from Germany. D2P Autoparts own manufactured OEM struts offered free delivery with a small charge of £3.99 for next day delivery.
Ordered online (with 5% discount) SUKETU immediately processed the order, DHL collected and delivered in just over 24 hours. Was impressed with build quality, ease of installation, and fully operational straight out of box. And the cost - only £107 for the pair with next day delivery. Excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Bought a Mini lambda sensor, just over a year old, stop working.
should come with 10 years warranty. Didn't send them a invoice by a garage to fit a simple part.
Now have sent a replacement free off charge :)

Absolute scammers! Avoid D2P Autoparts at all costs!Review:If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the most dishonest company I have ever dealt with in the UK. I ordered a part from them (Order #D2PWEB31822), but it didn't fit my car. I returned it via Royal Mail using their official return channel, and the tracking number (OV728242607GB) clearly showed that the package was successfully delivered and signed for at their warehouse.After they received the item, they completely ignored my emails and sent me repetitive, automated, copy-paste messages on WhatsApp saying that the return was "still processing". They were clearly stalling and keeping both my money and the part.When I lost patience and raised an official Chargeback case with my bank (Chase UK), they panicked. They messaged me on WhatsApp, shamelessly lying that Royal Mail "lost the package". However, they made a massive mistake and accidentally sent me a screenshot of their internal Shopify backend. In that screenshot, their own timeline logs showed that they had opened my package, inspected the valve, put it back on their warehouse shelf to resell it, and that the refund was pending ONLY because the bank forced them to!They are absolute cowboys and fraudsters who will lie to your face to keep your money. They even begged me to cancel the bank dispute before giving me the refund—a classic trap to make me lose my banking protection. Thankfully, my bank handled it and forced the funds back onto my card.Avoid D2P Autoparts! They will keep your money unless you involve your bank. Total cowboys
