Amazing service
Sally was absolutely exceptional. I contacted her the evening before as I urgently needed my father’s D4 form completed, and she was incredibly accommodating and responsive.
She was not only professional and courteous throughout, but also made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free.
I’m truly grateful for her flexibility and support, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her. Thank you Sally and I wish I found you 5 years earlier 🌹

Done my England boxing medical here
Done my England boxing medical here, was quick, simple and friendly. In and out, no hassle, I would recommend to amateur boxers in need of medicals, as when done it showed up on my England boxing account medical valid straight away which is a life saver as some gps or other doctors can take a few days or weeks sometimes for it to come up on the actual England boxing account.

Dr Sally was amazing
Dr Sally was amazing, we arrived super early and she kindly started our medical strait away. As she does many of the medicals she knew all the ins and outs and information needed which meant it was speedy. She also conducted the colour blindness and eye sight test which my last medical did not include. We will be sending all our City Sailing Skippers to Dr Sally and will recommend her and D4You.
