I reached out to D7 yesterday regarding an issue. I was promptly contacted by Mr. Rohith from their India office within an hour of me contacting them. He was very helpful and went out of his way to help us. This is a very refreshing and great customer experience to start off with.

OTP SMS are not received by customers.
We have been having a repetitive issue with d7networks. Our customers are not able to login because of this.
Slow customer support. I'm telling them that I have also tested and that I'm not receiving the sms, and they are telling me that they see that it has been sent.
Well no! Since I have my phone in hand and I'm telling you that it's not received!
And when I asked for a refund, they completely ignored me!
We are switching the SMS provider. This service is a joke!
