Scam or money laundering company
It's likely a fake company or a money laundering scheme. I'm absolutely certain it's a scam. Their customer service is very informal, constantly addressing me as "dear." The test SMS they sent me before my purchase was successful, but after I topped up my balance, I couldn't send another SMS. Additionally, after purchasing a package from this company, I received a warning from my bank that my credit card information had been copied. When I check now, I see they've deleted my account, which still has an unused balance of €20. I'm certain the positive reviews are fake.

We take compliance and platform security very seriously. Our records indicate that your account was registered on 24 July 2024 with the email ergep*@*.com for notification alert SMS services. Following onboarding, some messages sent from the account did not meet the requirements outlined in our https://smsala.com/terms-and-conditions, including messaging activity that was not permitted under our guidelines.
As per these policies, the account was deactivated, and the remaining balance is being held in accordance with our standard procedures.
Please be assured that there has been no misuse of your card details — all payments are processed securely through PCI-DSS-compliant providers, and no card information is stored on our servers.

Service platform switch
Generally, the SMSala service is good, and the support function works (Iflah). We had a very uncomfortable experience once where the service was switched from one platform to another, with very, very little reaction time. It would be great to avoid such situations in future!

They are not honest with the fake delivered report they do, constantly making different excuses and reasons. They have embarrassed me in front of my customers and as a company I am not even sure what else to do. There are always different and incorrect pricing or fake referrals

Don't even think of this company. It's a fake company. They are thief's. I purchased credit but could not use their service. SMS is not working. I contact them severally but no positive response.
Stay away from smsala, they are not real. It's obvious that the positive reviews here on trust pilot are fake and probably written by the thief's. Even avast antivirus now spams their url. They are scam. Avoid them.
