I have been dealing with Aiseesoft for I think it's coming up to 2 years and have purchase a few Media Editing software from them in that time. I believe many companies I know who sell similar products by enlarge do a good job of developing their product and this company is no different in that regard. However, the reason I felt confident to award 4 Stars is due too their customer service. Whenever I have had an issue with understanding an aspect of the software or an issue with a update etc they are eager and prompt to address my issue and find a resolve. Which is most appreciated.

Purchased software to migrate from old iPod to new laptop. Software apparently does not support iPod or iOS version. Asked for refund, they refused saying refunds only valid for technical faults 😡 isn’t this incompatibility as technical fault 🤔

Do NOT buy

I purchased what I understood to be a one-month license for Aiseesoft. However, I later discovered that my card had been charged several times, as if I had subscribed to a recurring plan.
After an initial payment of €15 on April 2, I was charged €30 on May 5 and another €30 on May 30 — €60 in additional charges in the same month.
I requeste an immediate refund and cancellation of any subscription linked to my email address.
Very disappointing experience.

UPDATE: I had paid with PayPal, lodged an investigation and this company did not respond to PayPal and my money was refunded.

Scam. They advertise that their software can remove Apple security locks which is completely false. You need to find a way to jailbreak the phone first which is almost impossible. They won’t refund my money because they say it isn’t an error with the software. No, it is an error with their advertising, being that their software does NOT do what they claim it does. Don’t fall for their false advertising!

Do not buy.Im serious.Total scam,they have a scummy money back wich they try to loop you into a system so that the 30 day money back expires.I talked to my bank so thankfully i got the money back.TOTAL SCAM.

Software purchased does not work. Will not refund money. Should be shut down! Keep emailing over and over for me to do things that do not work and I received email that they had already denied refund. It’s a shame that these continue to exist.

Achtung Abzocke!!! Habe eine teure Software (Fonetrans) gekauft, die gravierende Mängel aufwies. Soweit in Ordnung, das kann passieren. Habe sofort reklamiert und mein Widerrufsrecht in Anspruch genommen. 4 Wochen hat sich niemand vom Unternehmen gemeldet, dann hieß es immer wieder und mit unterschiedlicher Formulierung: "Die 14tage Frist ist verstrichen" oder "wir können jetzt nichts mehr machen". Ein anderes mal sollte ich eine log-Datei schicken, aber dann hieß es wieder, Pech gehabt, zu spät. Versuche seit fast zwei Jahren an mein Recht und Geld zu kommen, es geht wohl nur auf dem Rechtsweg. Falls ihr ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht habt, schreibt mich an, ich bereite eine Sammelklage vor. Ich kann nur dringend abraten, etwas von dieser Firma zu kaufen!!

an aiseesoft, soll Rückerstatten, da ich kein Einverständnis gegeben für ein Abo.
-mail v. aiseesoft am 22.10.2022- ich soll Abo künden. mein mail: habe keinen Abo Vertrag, also muss ich auchz nicht künden-weiteres mail an aiseesoft-soll Rückerstattung machen.

danach schweigen im Walde.
