Scam. Wasted £3000+
Scam. Took two months longer than expected. Arrived damaged and not the same design that was confirmed. The construction is incredibly poor and not engineered to support the size of sofa, very cheap low quality wood and it’s completely broken/snapped the wood in under 2 months. From only 3 people sitting on the sofa normal use. They stopped replying to my emails when I had the right to repair. They have since completely ignored me and I will be taking them to small claims court.
Do not use this company!
Do not use this company! The sofas are cheaply made, and incredibly uncomfortable. The customer service team is the worst I have ever had to deal with. They simply ignore your emails. It took ten months for us to get the sofa, and we barely sit on it because it’s so uncomfortable. The material is thin and unlined, and so the feathers poke through constantly and fall out on the floor.
A reliable partner for my design projects
Finding suppliers who are consistent with quality and logistics is half the battle in my line of work. My reputation rides on the products I specify, so I don't take chances.
I recently sourced the primary beds and sofas for a client's home from Daiahome. I’ll admit I was watching the process closely.
I was genuinely impressed. The ordering was straightforward, but the real test is delivery and quality. The logistics were smooth. Everything arrived on schedule, which is critical for keeping a project on track. No damages, no delays.
The pieces themselves are excellent. The build quality on the beds is solid, and the upholstery work on the sofas is clean and durable. You can tell it's not fast-furniture. Most importantly, my client is over the moon with how the rooms came together, loving both the comfort and the aesthetic.
It’s a huge relief to find a company that delivers on its promises. I can now confidently recommend Daiahome to my clients and colleagues in the industry. I will definitely be sourcing from them again.
I absolutely loved shopping with Daia…
I absolutely loved shopping with Daia Home. Everything on the website looks so beautiful, and it’s easy to find what you’re looking for. The team was really kind when I had a question about delivery — they replied quickly and were so polite. My order arrived on time and was packed with care. You can tell they put a lot of thought into both their products and their service. I’ll definitely be coming back for more.
Diar Daia!! Corner sofa still not received…nearly 6 month dealy :(
Diar Daia!!! Corner sofa ordered 19.05.25 and still not received (time of review 30.09.25)!
Sadly we ordered a large 3m x 2.5m Lily corner sofa and armchairs on 19.05.25, we still have not received the sofa - we were initially advised the lead-time for delivery would be 12-14 weeks.
We finally received the armchairs on 20.08.25; this was after taking a day off work and the delivery did not materialise. The next day, having taken another full day off work , the delivery arrived at 7.30pm.
The sofa is still no where to be seen. So we have 2 armchairs - no sofa!!
We received an email stating the fabric was out of stock for the sofa - which seems to be a common theme/excuse when reading other reviews. I advised I would raise a dispute with our credit card company if we did not receive delivery by the end of September - we were then provided a delivery date of 30th September. We received notification of delivery the day before - only to then receive an email at around 8pm from 'Alex' at Daia, the night before (29th September), stating the sofa had been damaged when being loaded for delivery and there would now be a further 3-4 week delay - this story simply does not ring true. We have been offered a 5% refund for the inconvenience, thank you for the offer which we feel is the least we should receive, however really all we want is our sofa which when/if it does finally arrive will have taken 23 weeks - that is nearly 6 months!!!
The most frustrating part of the whole process is the communication - it is sporadic at best with no phone number to talk to a real person - this really makes customers feel frustrated, not listened too and concerned the company is going to stop trading.
We are of the understanding the frames and fabric are supplied from abroad and the sofa's are then upholstered in the UK - not sure if this is true but clearly there are fundamental operational/supplier issues - I am not sure Daia should be advertising as a sofa retailer if they cannot supply the fundamental product they are advertising on time??
Daia please do take advise and improve - your sofa's appear to be great (we hope when it arrives), however the customer service and delivery timescales are not.
I will update this review once/if the sofa arrives.
Good Value for Money
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the sofa from Daia Home turned out better than I thought. It’s simple, comfortable, and fits well in a small space. Delivery was straightforward and everything arrived without damage. For the price, I think it’s a very good deal.
My new go to place
This is actually my second time ordering from Daia Home, and honestly, they’ve become my go-to. Everything I’ve bought from them has been super stylish, well made, and way more affordable than you'd expect for the look and quality.
One of the best things is how easy it is to customise—fabric, size, finish, all of it. Normally that kind of customisation costs a fortune, but with Daia it’s either included or really reasonable. Makes it feel like you're getting something totally unique without the crazy price tag.
Can’t recommend them enough if you want beautiful, personalised pieces that won’t wreck your budget. I’ll definitely be back again!
A painful shopping experience
One of the most painful shopping experiences I've ever had.
Like many of the people on here I've had huge problems with getting my sofa delivered.
We ordered in January, the sofa was finally delivered in mid August.
We were fobbed off with an endless round of excuses about why it was late and no one was able to narrow down the delivery date until a week before delivery (and even then they missed the allocated day).
Customer service was patchy (at best), there's no phone number that answers and emails sometimes took a week to be answered. If I asked multiple questions on one email often only one would be answered and then I'd have to re email with the other questions again waiting another week for an answer. It was painful.
Finally a delivery date was set (how we cheered), but despite waiting in all day the company didn't deliver it. The sofa eventually arrived the following day at 10.45pm. Yes, that's two full days off work waiting in for the delivery. When it finally arrived the delivery company tried to get my husband to unload it from the van himself! And then tried to leave it on the pavement. Truly shocking.
Sadly the sofa is not even that comfortable!
If I had my time again I wouldn't have bought from this company. I hope your experience is better than ours was.
Edit: the irony is not lost on me that Daia responded faster to this review than they did to any of my emails. Nuff said!

Do not buy from Daia Home - appaulling
I ordered my sofa in July 2024. After multiple excuses for delayed delivery, the item was delivered in early March 2025. It was not the colour leather I ordered nor was it the specification of what I ordered. After further communications, Daia agreed to replace the sofa. Today is now August 2025 and the replacement sofa has not arrived. I had advised that I would go to my financial institution regarding this but still no sofa arrived. In the end (7 weeks after first mentioning it) I did go to my financial institution who have since taken it into their hands and now refunded my costs. Now Daia are threatening me for legal action. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Do not believe any promise of delivery. I am just so sad that this has ended so poorly. Had Daia acted honestly, at ANY point, then this could have been avoided. They are mean spirited and dishonest. Do not waste your money.

If you want firstly quality go…
If you want firstly quality go elsewhere and customer service is just as bad.. we bought from a small franchise hoping to support a smaller independent.
I 100% recommend using a larger business…I’m surprised this company is still going…please read the reviews I’m sure some people have had positive outcomes…
But for the price… I’d expect a better product.. we bought it as a second sofa - it’s all out of sorts already (not even a year). And its in a room which has little to no foot fall.
It’s arrived damaged too which no one took responsibility for..
And back and forth with what’s called a “customer service”has left us looking for another couch already.
Don’t bother, spend less and avoid the headache.
To sum up
Late delivery
Torn couch hem
Marked legs
Damaged backing
Nearly a Year later ..,Little to no productive customer service
Crap product
Would not go near ever again.

Avoid! Awful products and awful company.
I purchased two Lilly sofas in January 25. The company talks and photographs a good product on their website, but delivers -eventually - something else altogether.
Sofas were of poor quality - one sofa base was black, the other white - they had loose covers that didn’t fit properly, one of the sofas was dirty and marked and looked like it had been a return. Wobbly arms to sofa and the sofas creaked when sat on. Poor quality cushion fillings and cushion covers that were too big. The cushions were lumpy in appearance and filled with poor quality filling that did not hold shape. Cheap, flimsy zips with the pulls exposed. The sofa seat pads were uncomfortable and cheap (despite the extra charge for feather) Neither sofa was delivered with the legally required fire safety warnings - which meant I couldn’t even give them away to a charity shop.
I contacted Daia Home who persisted in telling me that ‘in their opinion’ there was ‘nothing wrong’ with the sofas and that it was simply my choice to ‘not like them’. I requested a full refund and that they pick up the sofas.
They responded with an email from their ‘legal team’ containing veiled threats and an outright misinterpretation of the law whilst erroneously claiming to be acting within it. They also claimed to have had successfully challenged other cases like mine in court.
In another email, they continued to refuse to pick up the sofas and refund me, telling me - incorrectly - that I was outside the time to request a refund. Please note - you have thirty days from the date of delivery to request a refund on faulty goods or goods that do not match their description - bespoke or not - under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Daia Home will try to wriggle out of this as they tried to with me.
I contacted them again requesting them to pick up their shoddy goods or I would have them disposed of. I received the response that it was up to me what I did with the sofas as it was no longer Daia Home’s problem. As far as they were concerned the matter was closed.
What Daia Home was unaware of at the time of their reply, is that I had spoken to my bank and received a full refund for the items. By 9am the next day, I had received an email from Daia to say they had organised a courier and were planning on ‘storing’ the sofas until they could return them after defending themselves in court. They aren’t going anywhere near a court as they know they haven’t got a leg to stand on.
This company is one to avoid. The sofas I purchased were not fit for purpose, did not match the description and were not compliant with the mandatory legal requirements under the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire Safety) Regulations 1998/1989. Appalling customer service, appalling company, appalling products. I got my money back and had the sofas removed, far easier just to avoid the hassle by buying from a reputable company.

Four stars is earned!
Daia Home stands out for their attention to detail. They made sure I was happy with every aspect of the purchase, from choosing the fabric to ensuring it fit perfectly in my home. Their service is unmatched! Highly recommended.
Nearly induced a mental breakdown
The experience with Daia Home was appalling from start to finish. I bought a sofa bed from them on the 18th of November 2024 - and here I sit in MAY 2025 - a full seven months after placing the order. The sofa bed arrived yesterday, and my singular plus point is that it's comfortable and looks nice. I like the linen fabric and the fact it's removable, which was the main reason I purchased. But honestly, take your money literally anywhere else.
Why? Well, aside from the seven month wait, the communication was non-existent. Repeated emails to chase the status of our order were met with borderline-AI platitudes. Their excuses were that we ordered in the Black Friday sale (we didn't), and apparently we weren't being patient enough. Of course, I expected to wait given that the order was custom built, but the wait long exceeded their own quoted timeline. This could have been softened by a semblance of humanity - an apology, an offer of a partial refund, perhaps? No chance. In fact, when I asked 'David' very politely to acknowledge their poor service and offer an apology, I was simply ignored.
The kicker? They then admitted that they hadn't had the fabric in stock and were waiting for it to be delivered. So, they lied about our order being 'in production' for months and tried to make us seem unreasonable to boot. Perhaps a quick look down the order queue would have led them to...order ahead?
Again, acknowledgement of the mess up was asking simply too much. But one miraculous day a few weeks ago finally, finally, we were told the sofa bed was real and it would be on its way. The relief washed over us.
So then we come to delivery. My god, the delivery. The couriers - Proovia (avoid avoid avoid) - were on time, but we watched them literally chuck the sofa out of the van onto the pavement and struggle to haul it over the road. We'd told the company ahead of time that we were up on the second floor of a building. My fiance stayed home to help, but I suppose we expected SOME assistance from you know...the professional courier company? No such luck.
The two gentlemen then proceeded to pick up a nail-studded bit of carpet tacking that we were in the process of disposing of and PRESS IT INTO said brand new sofa and compare it to our doorway, thus determining that it would simply be 'impossible' to get upstairs. They then promptly departed after videoing my face (?) And off they popped, leaving me and my fiance in the communal hallway with an incredibly heavy sofa bed.
I had measured the doorways carefully before ordering and Daia's own website says a 'clearance of 70cm' is required. Guess what? Ours were over that by 15cm, and the sofa bed was actually the same size as our other sofa. Despite this, after the diabolical service I had been nervous of hiccups, and suggested they remove the feet before delivery. Can you guess what they didn't do...?
So, cue us having to literally half dismantle this thing in order to get it inside. It was so heavy that if it hadn't been for a wonderful builder working on our place who gave up 2 hours (!!) of his time to help, we would likely be using it as our front garden furniture.
So, it's here. My mum will be the first bed tester tomorrow, but I don't have high hopes of it being comfortable. Ironic, really, as I feel like I could sleep for 50 years after our nail-biting experience with this unprofessional company. Support small businesses, jut not this one!

Honestly the worst customer service…
Honestly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. After asking for an update on our sofa several times, we were told it was delayed due to Black Friday and January sales. We ordered weeks before these sales took place, so we’re confused by this.
After chasing up again for the third time, we were then told it was because they had run out of material, which left us feeling like we were lied to!
Then when it came to finally being delivered after 7 months, the delivery guys just left it at our door, despite telling Daia that we are on the second floor of a flat! They left without an apology as well, just saying they were not paid to do that.

If you’re looking for furniture
If you’re looking for furniture and top-notch service, this is the place to go. The team is so accommodating and professional, and they made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I’ve already recommended them to my family.
I feel like the sofa is too firm for my liking
I feel like the sofa is too firm for my liking. I know some people might prefer this level of support, but I was expecting something softer. They insist it meets the specifications, but I can’t help but feel a bit let down.
Reminds me of the sofa we had
Reminds me of the sofa we had growing up. Comfortable and durable. Alex was very helpful from the beginning to the end.
Sofa
We had difficulties, but the sofa arrived with the correct measurements.
The image and description of the Lilly…
The image and description of the Lilly Sofa led me to believe the sofa I had ordered was overfilled with a soft filling. The cushions on the sofa we have received are underfilled, hard, and uncomfortable with absolutely no ‘spring’. The sofa is poorly made and looks cheap, with white exposed zips on the beige cushions. My IKEA sofa is 100% more comfortable. The customer service following my purchase has been so disappointing (it had been great up to the point of my complaint). I was finally offered new cushion inners in Jan 2024 and still haven't received them by April 2025. All my emails chasing the cushions have been ignored. I only wish I had read the reviews on Trust Pilot before purchasing from this company and wasting my money. I left a review on their website, only for it to be deleted by the company. I assume all reviews are edited. Lesson learnt.
Update (August 2025) Daia Homes finally offered us a cushion replacement, but asked us to pay a £50 delivery change to obtain them!

The comfort level is great
The comfort level is great, but the fabric attracts pet hair like a magnet. It’s a bit of a hassle to clean.
