Waardeloos, niets kopen hier! Ik heb dezelfde ervaring als Mary Hartog, wilde alleen een cursus tai chi maar kreeg eveneens een e-book, yoga challenge en automatisch verlengde subscripties. Ik wil mijn geld terug maar de customer service geeft geen gehoor. In Paypal wordt direct contact geadviseerd voor vlotte terugbetaling, vergeet het maar. Ik ga nu via Paypal proberen mijn geld alsnog terug te krijgen.

Terrible experience, feels like a scam
I strongly advise against using this app. It’s impossible to cancel the subscription, even after sending several emails with no reply from customer service. The website doesn’t allow you to log in or manage your account, and they keep charging me without my consent.
Daily Yoga makes it very easy to subscribe but nearly impossible to unsubscribe. This is completely unacceptable. I feel scammed and want to warn other users before they get trapped too.

You will get charged twice for an inferior difficult to navigate product. And again twice, a month later, despite requesting cancellation and refund for first charges. Don't expect a speedy response to issues - they need to extend response times so they can charge you again. Offered refund if I cancelled dispute with Paypal.

GA HIER NIET MEE IN ZEE!! ik had mij alleen aangemeld voor 6-daagse online cursus Tai-chi. Ik krijg een app voor Yoga, een e-book, 14 dagen Yin&Yang en 28 dagen Yoga habit challenge. En alles met een abonnement. Bedragen werden meteen van mijn creditcard afgeschreven. Communicatie is AI. Op een klacht volgt er een email met een voorstel voor 3 andere opties maar geld terug is geen optie. Schandalig!!!

Absolutely dreadful company to deal with. Paid $25.99USD to get chair yoga program. Couldn’t find it and waited 3 days to get an answer. Found it and found that I had to pay more money to open it. Couldn’t use it that 1st mth with 5 emails not being answered and THEN was charged $30.99USD for the next months renewal. DONT DO IT PEOPLE!!!

I signed for a Tai Chi 6 day subscription for 6,99$, that, was not available on the app, only yoga exercises were available. They charge my credit card everyday with several amounts, despite my daily emails requesting their attention. This app is obviously SCAM!!!

I tried signing up for one tai chi app and they signed me up for everything. They have bikini, body yoga, almost impossible to cancel.

Ich dachte echt, jetzt habe ich eine App gefunden, die auch für schmale Geldbeutel etwas hat. Ist auch so, nur kommst du nicht wieder raus, wie eine Endlosschleife trotz Kündigung wird brav Geld von deinem Konto gezogen. Man kann nicht mal sein Kundenkonto löschen, unglaublich! PayPal hilft dir da nicht. "...Setze dich mit dem Vertragspartner auseinander..." Geht nicht nicht, da außer einer Bestätigungsmail nie eine Antwort kommt. Sehr schade, ich habe Daily Yoga für seriös gehalten.

I had the same experience as other uses, it’s almost impossible to cancel the subscription. Last year they charged me even though I cancelled and they refused to give me money back (instead they offered me ”great deals” I didn’t want). I told them to cancel my subscription (again) but kept the account since they already charged me. Now after one year they charged me for yet another year. This time I actually got a refund after just one email, but I don’t trust them at all, so now I’ll delete my account to never come back.

I have used the app for three years and love it. I subscribed for a short period at a very cheap price to try it out and have continued. I have only contacted the support once but they were very helpful so my experience is so different from many of this reviews.

Absolutely terrible experience. The Daily Yoga app makes it nearly impossible to cancel your subscription, and I was still charged after trying multiple times to stop it. No help from customer support, and I feel completely scammed. Avoid this app unless you want surprise charges and zero accountability. I’m reporting this to Google and the Better Business Bureau.

Also wenn es ginge 0 Sterne- wegen der Geschäftspolitik. Ihr kauft- egal was ihr kauft und zu welchem Preis immer ein Abo! Ich wollte nur an einer Challenge teilnehmen- zum Glück habe ich die Bewertungen hier gelesen und von meinem Widerufsrecht Gebrauch gemacht. Erst nach der 3. Mail in der ich auf dem Widerruf meines Abos bestand wurde mir die Kündigung des Abos bestätigt- vorher wurde mit keinem Wort beantwortet ob ich denn jetzt ein Abo habe oder es sich die einmalige Teilnahmegebühr für die Challenge handelt. Hätte ich das Ende der Challenge abgewartet wäre die Widerrufsfrist abgelaufen gewesen.
Das Programm ist okay- aber nur wenn Du schon Yoga erfahren bist und deine Grenzen kennst.

It claims to have free classes but it's impossible to find them because every time you click on anything it pushes you to subscribe. I wanted to try it before commiting but gave up.

Beware! I have the same complaint as the other reviews. You cannot cancel, or get a refund. I've had to put in a dispute with my credit card company. I keep receiving alternative challenges from "Emma", rather than a refund.

Azienda truffa! State alla larga. Hanno incassato subito un anno di iscrizione, quando ho provato l'app ho scoperto che le lezioni di yoga sono in inglese, che io non capisco. Ho chiesto subito il rimborso. Ne è seguito una scambio di email con cui loro per contro mi hanno fatto varie offerte aggiuntive che non mi interessano. Quando ho chiesto il rimborso senza se e senza ma, mi hanno inviato un documento sulla loro politica di rimborsi in inglese, scrivendomi nella email che non potevano soddisfare la mia richiesta. Inoltre non trovo il modo di bloccare il pagamento automatico (che io non ho richiesto) impostato per il prossimo anno. Sono dei ladri. Alla larga!!!! Ora li segnalo all'Antitrust.

Horrid customer service. I accidentally purchased a second membership. I already have this membership &: don't need a second one, nor could I use two at the same time. I've reached out several times to request a refund, but Daily Yoga told me I have to do a 21 day challenge before they will issue a refund for the second membership. I've tried to resolve with Daily Yoga several times without resolution. My only recourse at this point is to file a case with my CC and change my review. requests 385488 and 381829.

This is a despicable, non reputable company. Same complaints as most of the others here. I cancelled my credit card and blocked them with my bank so that they cannot charge me any longer. Emma is AI...there is no person or phone @ you can call. This is an outrage!!!!
