Cant trust this one! I cancelled my account way before my contract ende, but they keep taking my money. Cant get rid of them.. help!

an absolute scam! I purchased a plan and it’s nowhere to be found. No one from suport ever replied my email, no way to contact anyone. Waste of money and time !

This business is shady. Based on my experience, they came up with a new way of fraud.

This is what I went through:
* I opened the app for the first time on Friday, March 1, 2024 since installing it a long time ago.
* App asked me many questions to create my personalized yoga schedule.
* When I finished answering questions, I was offered promotions back to back. I accepted the 3rd one as far as I could remember.
* After accepting the promotion, I was asked to enter my credit card details. Note that I don't have any credit card information on my Google Play account.
* I made the payment and confirmed it on my online banking.
* Then I created an account because I didn't want to lose my premium subscription. I used my personal email address because I use it most often in my personal life.
* Right after creating the account, I lost the premium subscription.
* I checked my Google Play account that I saw I used another account. Hence, I created another account with that email address by hoping it could restore the premium subscription. However, it did not.
* I have been in touch with support for 1 week without seeing any real effort on their end. They did not solve the issue.
* I have not received any email providing me receipt or order number. However, they keep asking this information. How can I provide something I was not provided.
* At this point, I have nothing other than the charge on my credit card. It is reflected as "www. dailyyoga. com wanchai hon".

Signed up for 30 days and then one year
So far they have taken over £100 since December.
Nightmare to cancel
So sad because it looked good

This company is a SCAM! I never experienced anything like this before. I went premium with Daily yoga after the customer service invited me to participate in the following challenge: if I used the app for at least 21 days during the next 30 days, they would refund my premium payment. When we were discussing this, they would reply instantly to my emails. When I (correctly) completed the challenge, I contacted customer service again, and again, and again, and again, sending proof of completing the challenge, and they NEVER REPLIED to a single email of those, and I was NEVER REFUNDED as they promised! And please don't reply to the review telling me to contact customer service because I already did - so many times it's embarrassing.
ABOUT THE APP: It's quite mediocre compared to other yoga apps that I use (downdog, glo). Loved the Ashtanga masterclasses, though.

Do not sign up with this. I too signed up for the chair yoga which does not exist! They keep asking me to pay another subscription. Don’t waste your money

I signed up for their chair yoga exercise and was told it would be $9.99. When I went on the app it was not chair exercises but regular yoga. I immediately cancelled my subscription and requested a refund. I found out two days later that they had charged me twice, once for 19.99 and a second time for 29.99, which made it a total of 49.98. I did not receive a refund. Instead this month they charged me $45.99. I wrote their support and told them I had cancelled, asked for a refund and now wanted that charge cancelled. They responded they would fix it, but instead 3 days later (7 days after 45.99 charge) they charged another $29.99. The total is not $125.96....for less than one month of a product I never received. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and blocked them from further charges. Stay far away from these people.

Scammers is what best defines this company. They are based somewhere in China, of course you cannot report them to the Better Business Bureau.
They charged my account without me giving them permission to do so, for random amounts, on random occasions!
Their shady app is filled with adware, to push you to click and buy more of their absolute waste "yoga" programs!!!!
Refund my $74.99 that you stole from me!!!
I will have to cancel my card, to make sure you won't be stealing from a single mom raising her two Kids. Scammers, imposters, con artists is what you are and y'all know IT!!! Refund me my Money!!!??

Like other reviewers this is a fraud company.
I bought a 70 month deal, set to not auto-renew.
I KNOW I purposefully purchased a version that does not auto-renew and even double checked that I didn't sign up for anything.
Well 12 months later I get charged? And then I got to check and they signed me up against my permission for some auto-renew system.

It makes no sense either because I wouldn't even be due to renew until sometime in 2028 years from now?
So frustrating, have to call my bank, get cards reissued, send several emails complaining without a response.
Absolute nightmare of a company.

I answered a questionnaire to start a subscription, but when I added my payment details nothing happened, no acknowledgement or ability to log in to my account. I foolishly assumed the transaction had failed and attempted payment by a different route a few days later with the same problem. In this instance I did get a notification from my postmen method, but nothing from Daily Yoga. I contacted their support.
After an initial email response, whose instructions to log in did not work or help, I am not getting any further response. I'm wondering if the site is even genuine, and wish I'd read the reviews before signing up. Very disappointing.

Agree with previous reviews. Impossible to cancel, they just charge you again and again. No help from the credit card issuer either, not from the support either… even if they say so and maybe comment here.

I signed up for a free trial. Had to use a CC to do so. I was charged $50. I tried to cancel and get a refund but they told me you can't get a refund on a digital program as it's already been used.
I tried to delete my account but it shows that you can't do it in the app or the website.
A year later, after NEVER USING THE APP, I was charged AGAIN!
This time I had to contact support in order to ask if I could have my account deleted, they said they can do but never did so...I just received an email from them!
Now I'm concerned they will charge me again.

How do companies get away with this scamming?!

DO NOT ALLOW AUTO RENEWAL OF SUBSCRIPTION. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY EVEN AFTER YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AND CLAIM THAT THEY CANNOT REFUND "DUE TO ITS VIRTUAL NATURE". MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED FOR TWO YEARS AFTER I HAD CANCELLED IT. LOOKING AT THE REVIEWS NOW SEEMS LIKE THERE ARE MANY OTHER VICTIMS. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!

Ich habe ein 12-Monate-Abo abgeschlossen. Nach zwei Wochen wurde mein Account in einen Free-Account geändert- warum weiß ich bis heute nicht.

Ich wollte die App anstatt auf dem Handy auf meinem IPad verwenden, was aber nicht funktionierte. Nach dem Login mit meinen Daten wurde mir nur ein Free-Account angezeigt. Als dann die App auf meinem Handy öffnete, war dort mein Account auch nur noch ein Free-Account.

Auf meine Anfrage beim Support kam die Auskunft, dass man mit meinen Daten nur einen Free-Account finden könne. Daraufhin habe ich Screenshots meiner Zahlung samt allen Kaufdaten an den Support gemailt.

Seit über einer Woche warte ich auf eine Reaktion - mittlerweile habe ich die Hoffnung auf eine Antwort fast aufgegeben.

Während meines Goldaccounts wurden täglich mehrere Webemails mit zusätzlichen zahlungspflichtigen Angeboten geschickt. Meiner Meinung nach sollte bei einem Goldaccount alles inclusive sein - ist es bei dieser App aber nicht.

Auch wenn mir die Yogaübungen sehr gut gefallen haben: Die App ist eine einzige Abzocke! Spart euch das Geld und den Ärger, lasst euch nicht betrügen.

They will “renew” subscriptions that do not exist anywhere, and when contested refuse to refund you, suggesting that you use the app and “stay fit” instead! They are the WORST!
One way or another I will get my money back but - beware - stay away! These are evidently professional scammers who will do their utmost to steal your hard-earned cash!

A year ago I did a NON RECURRING subscription, did a challange , finished , did not like enough to continue. After
making sure also on my apple subscriptions that there were no recurring renewal’s I removed the app. I was charged the full premium 67$ yesterday, I contacted the customer service and was told I could not have a reimbursement on a renewal, that I should use their app and stay fit. So once again, as I have no recurring subscriptions, I want a full and immediate reimbursement.
UPDATE: I contested through paypal and got refunded, I suggest anyone in the same situation to do so and not waste time with their customer service.

Stay away from anything paid in this app. After entering the 30 days challenge for a year sub refund, the terms shown up front and what you agree on are totally different from what they are after, not easy to find and setting you up to fail their changed terms and conditions. Total sneaky scam and horrible customer service.

I completed 20 day streak challenge that should give you yearly subs fee back. I had settings in the app stating min 10-12min daily workout and miraculously on the 19th day according to their data I would have only trained 8minutes. And no refund as "I have not completed the challenge per the stated workout time". Utter nonsense and a SCAM.

I made the mistake of signing up to this app for 12 months. Within a week I knew it wasn't for me. I used to do Yoga around 10 years ago but following a hip replacement and some other issues with my joints it's now not something that will be able to help me.

I contacted the support team requesting a cancellation and refund of the 11 months I was not going to use. I assumed that they could take a month's subscription and refund me the rest.

After 3 emails to them, all they'd done was try and convince me to stay. Eventually, they were more direct and said I was not entitled to a refund ( I should have read the terms and conditions, silly me).

Anyway, I'm warning anyone considering this app to go with the monthly subscription (rather than the annual one) and read the terms and conditions. At least with a monthly subscription, you should be able to get out if it's not for you.

A costly mistake that makes me not want to subscribe to any other app on my phone.
