Whole shipping time from ordering and arrival took one month. I bought a pillow and premium cover for it and now I can't sleep without it anymore

Ordered during their break, so order took a whole month to arrive
Was a little concerned because I've never ordered something like this in my life and was using a piece of art someone else had made for me, not a design that was readily available. I did get the sheet blanket, but it's a shame that if you order 2 custom sides, they both end up on the same side of the blanket rather than on opposite sides like the pillowcase. Overall, I love them both, and the pillowcase is very nice to lie into and cuddle with. I love how it feels

The product was exactly as ordered
The product was exactly as ordered, the print quality had no errors that I could notice, the pillow case arrived without undue delays (and was in fact finished and set for delivery faster than I expected) and the overall quality of the case was also very good. I have no complaints.

They have bootleg covers
They have bootleg covers. A lot of the covers are from cuddly octopus. Like there Megumin 2. That is Stolen from cuddly octopus. Do not buy from these theives

Great customer service
Customer service was very responsive and helpful in fulfilling a special request. Order took about a week to arrive. Quality of the images and material on the pillow case are great.

Product is good quality. Came in on time (east coast). Very happy with the purchase. Might go for a bigger size in the future.

A valid and really good shop with a lot of stuff

Great efficiency on time. The product arrived days before the previously established time.
The product is top tier quality, so I love it even for the price.
Generally speaking I had a great experience buying a product that is really hard to find in Europe.
