For the service. I initially ordered a cover to test the service, and was not disappointed, it arrived quicker than expected. I went ahead and ordered the inner pillow, and once again, it was delivered much quicker than planned! I honestly did not expect such quick delivery.
Now, for the quality. The cover fabric is very soft and slightly elastic, it feels just right. The inner pillow is so good too, soft and squishy. Overall amazing to the touch and perfect to hug.
I'm taking the time to write a review because Dakimakuri deserves it. Beyond expectations.

Prices are very reasonable for their quality. I bought my dakimakura about one or two months ago and the cover has not erased even a little. Excellent quality! They update the shop every month, giving you a variety of covers. Each cover usually includes 3-6 different options to choose from, which is perfect to match your desires.

The only problem I faced is that shipping was too expensive for my country when I included the inside pillow, but eventually I worked around this by just buying the cover and asking a company here in my country to make me a costume one, so I don't pay very pricey shipping costs.

Overall, the best online shop to buy a dakimakura outside Japan. Definitely going to buy there again in the near future!
