Dallas Natural Mattress Opiniones

I recently purchased the Posh and Lavish Fusion mattress from DNM, and I am totally satisfied with my decision. When I visited the store at Preston/Forest, I was greeted by Chase who listened to my criteria and guided me to the best fit. Nathan was also instrumental in solidifying my decision by explaining the health benefits of owning a natural mattress. Very professional all the way around and skilled at providing solutions for the customer's individual needs. The delivery was flawless, and their skilled set up person, Errol, was friendly and efficient. In no time, I was putting the sheets on the bed, and off to dreamland I went. Thanks DNM!

I’ve purchased 4 mattresses over 2 years with Dallas Natural Mattress. Every interaction has been smooth, friendly, professional, and very positive. The team is knowledgeable and go above and beyond with customer service! Chase and Nathan at the Preston/Forest store are just great to work with.. highly recommend.

Excellent quality and fabulous customer service. Just moved to Dallas and was lucky to find these guys. No pressure and sales pitch, just honest guidance. This is a truly safe and wonderful place to buy a good quality clean mattress (pillows too).

We have had our king posh+lavish bed for over 1 week and we are obsessed!!! My husband has sleep apnea and after a week of sleeping on our new mattress he told me that he has never felt so rested. We also had an amazing experience working with Nathan and Chase. We look forward to doing more business at this store!

This was a seamless shopping experience! Thanks

I purchased a mattress earlier in the year and was not totally happy with it. Chase was wonderful and helped me find the perfect replacement. I am very pleased with my new mattress and truly appreciate his help.

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, I'm very happy with my purchase and the service I received! I got the Mango mattress, and came back a bit later to get a pillow and a mattress cover. I'll be back again in the future if I need anything else!

Really appreciated all the help to find my daughter an affordable natural mattress without any toxins. Full transparency on all of their ingredients and materials. Can’t wait to pick it up next week. I’ll definitely be recommending them to my other natural minded mom friends.

Prices were good. Nice help in choosing options. A month has gone by and my sleep is great!

Guys were super cool, easy to order, can't wait to get my order in! Nice artwork in the store, super clean store, will be ordering more beds from them 😀

Purchased our beds today and met the nicest most genuine folks. Nathan was great and really cared about our needs and budget and was able to get us a great deal. We are anxious to get our mattresses. He was so knowledgeable about his product and took the time to answer all of our questions. Will definitely refer anyone needing a new mattress to him.

Best Customer Service!
I bought new latex mattresses and an adjustable bed frame 3 years ago and had a wonderful experience selecting my super comfortable bed. I recently needed a replacement remote and Nathan and the team handled everything for me. They reviewed my warranty, ordered the remote and emailed me directions for programming. I appreciate that they stand by their products and that is why I will always buy my mattresses here. Thanks!

The customer service and quality are exceptional. We love our mattresses and sheets!!

I highly recommend DNM. I love my mattress and pillow, and today I added a mattress cover. They take the time to describe their products and benefits as well as warranties and future customer service. I will definitely go back!

We received our mattress back in January before all the craziness with quarantine started. We liked the beds but not the topper. Even though it’s now June, Chase is helping us out with new toppers! Their customer service is very good and the beds are wonderful! They explain all the details of how they keep your bed free of toxic chemicals. It’s so nice to not be breathing in all the bad things that most mattress companies use. I highly recommend purchasing from this family owned business!

I am so happy I chose to shop here! The product selection is great and the staff is very knowledgeable. They have really helped me figure out what is the best fit for me, taking in to consideration my allergies to my old “typical” pillow topper mattress. Great customer service and great product. Highly recommend!!

Highly recommend Dallas Natural Mattress. We bought their in-house brand mango mattress and couldn’t be happier. Best night sleep my wife and I have had in a long time. Delivery was excellent as well. Texted the day of confirming delivery time. Then again when they were 30 minutes out. Very happy with our purchase!

Just want to say how happy I was with Dallas Natural Mattress and their associates because not only are they offering high quality healthy sleep options to the metroplex but they are serious about customer service and keeping their customers happy! So they will be my go to for all my mattress needs.

LOVE Dallas naturals! It was so informative working with Chase. He knows everything there is to know about mattresses and I will only refer ppl to him if they are shopping for mattresses. We love our posh+lavish mattress. They will work with you anything you need.

I bought two natural twin mattresses from Dallas Natural Mattress and very happy that I did. I ordered online, had never done business with this company before, so I was a little concerned. Although delivery took a little longer, Chase was always available when I called, and the delivery men were professional and helpful. Chase and Dallas Natural Mattress will be my place to go for future mattresses.
