Dalziel Ventures  Opiniones

I have been working for kris for over a year, delivering his renovations for his personal investments and investors. He is very easy to work with and is great for paying invoices on time. We always hear great feedback from his investors when they check in on progess and the works we are carrying out, I am yet to see a time in the day he’s not active on his phone responding to investors or my team for any queries or questions !

Met kris threw a crypto chat and he was speaking to me about getting into property 2021 and I kept delaying it and delaying it as I was unsure and still learning, gutted I didn’t start sooner as kris is a genuine guy that’s willing to share his knowledge and give you opportunities for both you to make money, look forward to 2025

Kris’s approach to sourcing is both knowledgable and supportive. He was able to provide answers to my questions along the way without hesitation. His availability and quick responses has resulted in a very positive experience at the very early stages of my property journey.

I would not hesitate to use his service again.

We bought 2 deals from Kris between September and October with both completing before Xmas.
First deal came with a 40k discount and second with a 30k discount. The second having a really healthy revalue once renovation complete.
Kris has a rain man type mind for storing figures and churns out information of the proposed deals.
Also, sends nice gifts when you buy big deals 😉
Looking forward to my next deal from Kris.

Known kris a long time and seen him start from the bottom to the top and followed others before him in his space and seen how those other guys are been put to shame by all the deals kris presents manages. What he says is to the point and no rubbish, and if you wana make money in this field jump on board with him. Top man Kris, 5 star service. Fahd

Kris sourced a deal on to me in Stirling and the refurb numbers were spot on unlike other sourcers . I am now waiting for the refinance to come through. Happy to work with him .

Kris has been brilliant start to finish, i said I'd need to be guided through the process and hes been on hand every step. First deal is done and tenant is in, surprised at how easy and quickly it was all handled. Highly recommend Kris for his knowledge and feedback.

Kris was great to deal with in many aspects

Open & transparent and delivered

Especially being an investor from Saudi I had a lot of questions and he was extremely generous with his time and professional

I have just finalized a deal and looking forward to the next one

Outstanding service from Kris and his team. Always available to answer any concerns and brilliant manner throughout, highly recommend!

Kris packaged a deal for me in Newfields with a healthy discount against market value on the property. His base analysis for it as a serviced accomodation unit was excellent and gave me all the information I needed to assess a good return and everything has been plain sailing!

Unbeatable knowledge of the north east property market and has a wealth of opportunities available for all investors. Can't wait to get some more across the line

Having worked with Kris on various projects now over the years I cannot recommend him highly enough . Great to work with and constant communication from him which is key .

Kris was excellent from start to finish. Was helpful throughout the whole process when originally sourcing a property and then upgrading this to a portfolio.

Knows his stuff and always keen to help. Would be happy to recommend to anyone.

Kris has been a mentor of mine over the last year and has played as a key role in my journey and development as a property sourcer. He’s very knowledgeable and extremely successful in this line of work and awe inspiring to watch and learn from. Watching him scale his business at the speed he has, has set the standard I wish to achieve as a role model in this industry. All I can say is if you’re on the fence and not sure who you can trust to look after and grow your capital wealth you wild not be misplaced investing with Kris. You couldn’t be in better hands and why today I continue and look forward to working with over the many years to come. I have also recently achieved my first sourcing deal with Kris which is a huge achievement for me and his swift quick action is a testament to his efficiency on getting the job done. I couldn’t recommend Kris enough and I’m sure you will have the same positive experience as I have. Thanks again for all your help

Top bloke.
True to his word and communicates very well all the way through the process.

He has found buyers for several deals now.

Highly recommended 👌

A man of his word, reliable, trustworthy, I’ll be looking to work with him in the future!

great guy to work with. I have done multiple deals with him. not overselling his deals, honest about the opportunities that are presented. good communicator.

Upon discussing various investment options with Kris, I invested a lump sum for 12 months, for a fixed % return. The interest was paid to me earlier than we had agreed, and as an added bonus, my funds were returned prior to the 12 month term. All in all a hassle free investment.

Highly recommend working with Kris. Excellent communication throughout and a genuine good guy to do business with.

What a gent kris is great experience dealing with him on my refurbishment along with his team of trade professionals

I HIGHLY HIGHLY Recommend Kris!

After discovering Kris on social media, I reached out to discuss some potential investment opportunities. From our first conversation, it was clear he was knowledgeable and approachable (but does not create FOMO and push deals). We kept talking for several months and he also added me to his investor deals WhatsApp group, and he sourced a fantastic starter property for me at almost 35% BMV.

His professionalism, clear communication, and attention to detail stood out. Kris went above and beyond, making himself available to answer any questions and provide valuable guidance throughout the entire process (He is effectively more my Mentor and less a property sourcer).

Humble, honest, trustworthy and a great overall guy (he offerrd me a refund for something before I even asked him) —Kris is the real deal. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable property sourcer. I am moving on to more repeat deals with him.

Highly recommend Kris!

Got in contact with Kris after following him on social media. Arranged a call to discuss what I was looking for and from there he added me to his investor deal WhatsApp group.

He sourced a flat for me which quickly became 2 from the same seller and his service and communication was excellent throughout the whole process. He was always available to answer questions and give advice.

Always humble, genuine, Knowledgeable and trust worthy guy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others
