Dalziel Ventures  Opiniones

Came to Kris with a few sourcing deals I have had. Some of them which agents have had on the market for some time and had no luck selling. With his help we have managed to find investors that the deals fit there requirements. Highly recommend

Fantastic and efficient service, would highly recommend for building a profitable portfolio with minimum effort. Already into my second deal sourced by Kris with consistent returns of 40% ROI and higher!

Would highly recommend Kris!

I first got into contact with Kris after following him on social media and being added to his investor deal WhatsApp group.

He helped me source my first 2 BTL properties and his service has been second to none. He was always available to answer questions and give advice throughout the whole process. Even after he had sourced me the properties, he continued to help whereas other sourcers might not have cared.

I've also invested money with Kris through his fixed return program and he has been very easy to work with.

If you are looking to start investing in property then Kris is the best sourcer you could hope to work with!

Kris is professional, proactive and highly knowledgeable. I've worked with him for a few years now and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Bought a good few deals from Kris now and he's always a pleasure to deal with. Fast communication, nothings ever too much to ask and most important of all, good quality deals.

Keep up the good work Kris, look forward to working with you more in the future.

After building a portfolio across the country and working with multiple different sources, i decided to focus more on the north east and after researching sources in the area i reached out to Kris and i haven’t looked back since.
Iv just completed on 3 deals with him and he’s delivered exactly what he said he would.
Having experience with others i can honestly say he is miles ahead of a lot of other so called big game players with the service he provides.
I will be continuing to grow my portfolio with him and i would recommend him to anyone looking to do the same.

Kris’ service is outstanding. He had my property sold within 3 days at the price I wanted. He was on top of everything throughout the legal process and made my life so much easier. Whether using Kris for buy or sell side deals he is the man to work with in the property game. Great deals, great service and an even better bloke!

Excellent company. Would definitely work with Dalziel again.

An absolute gent and a pleasure to work with. Kris and I have just finished our first investment together with all things went smoothly. Kris was in constant communication and kept me updated at every stage of the journey. Kris and I will be doing future projects together as a result and I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks!

I’ve known Kris for over 2 years now, having met through a property network - and have watched his growth in the industry with great admiration. I’ve recently worked with Kris on a project which netted an amazing return and I saw first hand his high level of diligence, work-ethic and commitment to seeing the project through to completion. I rate Kris higher than anyone else in the industry who offer the same service and I look forward to collaborating with him again in the near future.

Outstanding service, always at the other side of the phone when needed and made everything run smoothly

We were on the hunt for our first investment property and we tried to source an off market deal ourselves with no luck. We then joined Kris' whattsapp deal group and within a short amount of time we managed to secure an amazing deal. Kris was so prompt with his communication and very helpful. Thank you for helping us kickstart our exciting journey :)

Kristoffer was brilliant to deal with!

Kris was easy to work with.

Did the deal quickly and delivered on what he said. Currently working with him again on a sourcing project. Hope to do many more.

Co sourced a property with Kris in Aberdeen and his communication and speed were spot on. Looking forward to doing more business with him. 👍

Job after job Kris allows me to carry out work knowing everything being done is being done correctly and with the end goal in mind, that is a quality refurb! I never have any issues with getting payment for the works being completed and can definitely say to any future investors that are looking to work with him that your money is in honest and trustworthy hands! I have worked with him for just over 1 year now and hope to continue for many years to come! Thanks again Kris!

I cannot recommend Kris highly enough. He is extremely knowledgeable and is a brilliant communicator. He has trusted network around him and gets things done quickly.

I’m a first time investor and I’m regularly messaging him asking questions etc and he always takes the time to offer support and help. If you’re thinking of investing in the North East, don’t hesitate to use Kris, he’s a top guy.
