Retuned a jumpsuit as did not like the print so ordered another in a different print kept that one…

Over two weeks no refund!!! Sent them my order number and tracking number they still come back saying they are confused!!! What is there to be confused about? Shared my QR code and tracking number and screen shot they received the returns on the 2nd August

Still no refund and still battling with them to get this order refunded as now they are saying I refused delivery!!!!

My initial email has the screen shot from Royal Mail with tracking number so what was there to be confused about ????? How do you explain the second response from yourself advising I refused delivery???

Omg! I have just received 3 of your stunning dresses over here in Queensland, Australia - where I have seen nothing like these beauties before especially the second two pieces.

Just wanted to say I am super impressed with the fabrics and the quality. Gorgeous Painted Leopard is to die for - silky soft, flattering and ultra comfortable. The drop dead gorgeous Lily in blush leopard is so incredibly flattering and comfortable in a style and design that is show stopping and the striking black on pink dot so sexy and sophisticated and again dreamy comfort levels in the fabric and design.

The customer service is high end - I am already waiting for my next purchase!

Great customer service. I bought a sale dress which I was delighted with. However, it turned out to have some damage. When I contacted customer service they dealt with it immediately and I had a replacement in less than 24 hours. Will definitely be recommending Dancing Leopard.

Just made my first purchase .. an item I had bee coveting for quite a while, fit was fabulous ( would suggest sizing up) did have one slight problem with the item but once I’d contacted customer service their amazing wheels went into motion… they came up with a solution & the whole thing was sorted within 24hrs.
When a brand stands its own feet its things like this that make it stand out.
There are lots of “social media” luxury brands that could learn a lot in how to treat customers.
This may have been my first purchase but it most definitely won’t be my last

I love this brand!
Almost everything I try is so flattering, stylish and colourful. I only asked for one thing for my birthday this year, and that was a voucher to spend at Dancing Leopard. I managed to get 4 items in the sale, 3 of which are definitely being kept, one didn’t suit but the returns process was easy to follow. Just yesterday I scooped a load more (6 items!) at the sample sale in Leeds. If you see a sample sale advertised near you, get yourself down there, the bargains are incredible.

Found the experience of buying from this company a very positive one. Ordered a couple of high waisted bikini bottoms which I returned as they were too small. The return process was very simple. I re-ordered the bikini and had a slight issue with the wrong size belt included, customer service dealt with it very quickly and sent a replacement set and let me keep the bikini bottoms with the wrong belt. As the belt is removable can use it on both pairs so i now have a spare which is great. The quality is really good and I have bought a couple of bikini bottoms and tops as I liked them so much

Love this brand! Such beautiful bright colours and fun prints which match the pictures on their website. They are also true to size. They regularly add new items and prints, but at the moment my favourite is the HALO range 😍, really soft eco-conscious materials at reasonable prices. Just had a slight issue with one item recently but very happy to say it was quickly resolved - the staff are a pleasure to deal with.

Really impressed by the customer service. I’ve ordered dresses at the last minute for an event and whilst paying forgot to tick next day delivery. I quickly emailed customer service (late at night) and explained my situation. In the morning got a reply straight away from Victoria and she was able to sort next day delivery. Ordered a Halo Thalia dress on 5 June, when it arrived it was beautiful, great colour, great fabric. Unfortunately the cut was very poor, and clearly designed for someone without b00bs! I'm a pretty average UK10, 34B (perky) cup size so not hugely endowed, and the dress fitted well everywhere else. The cups were stitched about 2-3" too high meaning they just squash your bust and create a very odd silhouette. Such a shame.

Returns process is procrastinated and unreasonably long. Returned a dress on 16 June, chased it up after 10 days, it was in transit until 29 June...now a further 10 days to receive funds? So it could be over a month to get my money back. Once a refund is dropped off, it's completely outside of a customer's influence so you're at the mercy of logistics and administration processes.

Based on my experience, I'm not sure I'd order again. Fit was odd, and returns process should be quick and easy.

Just to say while I think it's great that you reply here, the devil is in the detail.

1) How a dress is cut and tailored isn't a fault like a tear, or rip, it's either a deliberate design decision, or poor quality cutting and stitching. Hence no email from me.

2) 14 days for a refund would be acceptable, I returned the dress on 16 June, so 21 days and still waiting. If you want to speed up the returns process, invest in an enhanced service?

Dancing leopard are a great company to purchase from. Never any issues & their customer service has been second to none. I purchased a dress a while back still with tags etc and they exchanged it for me with no issues. They were great at keeping me informed very happy with the customer service thank you!

Victoria was really kind and helpful.

I love their clothes but their size guide is off and the customer experience is terrible. Asked to swap a size and got an immediate response helping me through the process. It didn't work, so I emailed again and they replied within 24 hours with a code I needed to return the item. That didn't work. I've email 3 times since and messaged on social media - all ignored. All I want is a smaller size but I'm left with something I can't wear.

I won't be ordering from them again.
