It's been over a month
It's been over a month. I haven't received my product. Just a tracking number to something that hasn't yet shipped from China. I've received correspondence saying it will be here soon... And here I am with it still waiting.

Products are outstanding but take forever to arrive
Products are outstanding. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars was the length of time to get them and the lack of communication during that time. I was totally left in the dark as to what was going on or when I would get them. Sad for such a nice product.

My order got delayed due to the holidays and i was really worried. Andrea was really helpful. I finally got my bag and love it yall! It fits everything and is pretty solid. Quality is better than expected so very happy with my purchase.

This is a very nice back pack
This is a very nice back pack. I love all the pockets and the heavy duty zippers. The magnetic snaps are a nice touch. The color of the canvas is beautiful and I really like the way it fits when I’m wearing it on my back. All around great backpack.
