My teapot lid didn't seem to fit , I messaged customer service to ask if they had come across this before. Immediate response. Fabulous service, sent me a replacement within 48 hours. Replacement is perfect. Will be a regular customer now.

Arrived well packed ( my arthritic hands did open everything). Just what l wanted the wall planters match my existing ones. The reed diffuser looks good as it is part of a birthday present for my daughter. Overall a great company and will order again from them.

Despite the first item arriving damaged in transit (it was well packaged and Fragile clearly labelled) Darthome dealt with the situation quickly and efficiently and the refund was back in my account next day.
