I called DAS's legal advice helpline recently, and after giving details of the matter I was contacting them about, was provided with helpful clear information by an empathetic member of staff.
Today I was called back by one of their legal team, regarding my query, and I couldn't be happier with how it went. The staff member in question was helpful, informative, respectful and positive. He set my expectations, gave me salient advice around the matter my query was in regards to, so I benefitted from his legal experience and knowledge, whilst also being empowered to take the matter forward as I saw fit. I was also advised that my Insurance policy may cover representation by them, if I wished to proceed with a law suit, and was given helpful steps and guidance to follow. Highly recommended!

DAS LAW has fought my corner as hard as they could, although the end result was not what I hoped for, they believed in me but at the end of the day the judge had no idea of the appropriate line a motorcycle should take entering a sharp left hand bend, disappointing result but closure after three years nine months is a relief.
