Very poor after-sales support.

Very poor after-sales support experience. Memory card included in the kit became corrupted, but instead of proper assistance, I was repeatedly redirected to the manufacturer. Extremely frustrating communication and delayed responses.

Great Experience Buying the 70mai A810S

I was a bit hesitant to buy at first, but the entire experience turned out to be smooth and stress-free. I had enquired a few weeks earlier about the availability of the dashcam, and they even updated me on WhatsApp when it came back in stock. After placing the order, the tracking ID was generated within 30 minutes.

The dashcam is genuine and works flawlessly. The video quality is excellent, and the supercapacitor instead of a Li-ion battery is a big advantage, especially in Indian weather conditions.

I drive a Slavia where the 12V socket is always on, so I was relieved that the dashcam cable isn’t integrated into a 12V charger. I simply used a Type-A to Type-C dongle, and it works perfectly.

Overall, a great buying experience. Definitely recommended.
