I have purchased Jacquard Sofa Cover 3+1+1 and it has poor quality . Even it has small hole in one of the Cover. Fabric is soo thin. I have contacted their customer support on 5th March 2026 by email and also on WhatsApp and today is 13March 2026 no one responded. I must say Please avoid this company. Also, there are no instructions of how to use this cover, No YouTube video of installation (all the videos they have are from Paid Influencers). I must say that they need to respond their customers timely and if this is the response time they should increase the return window to months. I do have the inboxing video iwill share that also.

I had a very bad experience with Klinen.pk. I ordered a sofa cover worth Rs. 7,500 and even shared the sofa picture with them before ordering. I followed their guidance but they still sent a cover that is too small and the quality is very poor.
When I contacted them for return, they gave me another number for customer care. I have been calling and messaging for the last 4 days but no one is responding.
Very disappointed. This feels like misleading customers. I would not recommend buying from them.
