I took delivery of my Metro folding bike in September. I wanted a folding bike as it would be easier to store in my hallway as I didn't want to leave an electric bike outside the house at night .I was going to buy a Raleigh folding bike but this one is much sturdier and so comfortable to ride and am delighted with it .Chris and Tom at DASH are so helpful and no question is too much trouble for them . There was a small issue with my bike this week that was fixed the same day .The service the company offers is fantastic because my worry buying an electric bike from a high street retailer would be if there was an issue they would struggle with any maintenance issues which is why this scheme is so much more attractive .My commute is soo much faster , cheaper and cleaner for the environment which is fantastic . I would never go back to public transport . I can't recommend this company enough .

My experience with Dash Rides has been very positive. From the moment they delivered, I expressed concerns over burst shock absorber, and within 2 hours they picked up the bike to have it looked at then returned with a new bike for me to use. I have used my bike 5 days a week and accumulated over 500 miles so far. I will be extending my contract.

Big ups to Dash Rides. We were coming over to UK from NZ for 5 weeks to visit family and were looking for ebikes to hire. While our request didn't fit with Dash's business model, they were the only company that responded with a reasonable offer to fit our needs. They couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. They are awesome people to work with.
We bought a bike trailer to ferry our grandchildren. The bikes Dash offered were ideal for the purpose. The kids have loved going out biking out with us.

Incredible experience with Dash rides from the demo of the different models at my office to the delivery to my front door.

The team are all so friendly, professional and really enthusiastic about what they do. Answered all my many questions very patiently and even bought an extra bike to my house for my wife to try out.

Since getting the bike am riding it most days - and errands like going to the local shops are now lot more fun. Also have been using the bike to have some quality "me time" doing things like exploring the countryside near the house, take the bike to my local swimming pool or gym or even just finding somewhere new to have a coffee.

Its my new "meditation on wheels".

I have had a Dash eBrompton for six months and can only offer superlatives about DASH. They expalin it all clearly and then deliver on the support I need for my bike. Brilliant service and products!

Dash have been really helpful in setting up the project with us and also helping the employee with their bike. They delivered it and then quickly solved a small technical issue - They worked really hard to make it easy for us to implement - and the bikes are amazing

I wanted to try an e-bike but wasn't sure which one to get. Dash has allowed me to take the plunge and try a cowboy (great concept). The bike is brilliant and I am really enjoying it and also gets me extra exercise in the morning as well!

I’ve signed up for a Dash bike through work. I opted for 6 months as I wasn’t sure how I would get on with the ebike. I went for the Burlington Volt and I have to say both Dash and the Burlington have exceeded my expectations.
Dash personally delivered the bike to my house and when I had an issue they came out the next day to fix it.
My 6.5 mile commute used to take me between 40-45 minutes cycling on my normal bike. I’ve done one commute on my ebike so far and it took me 30 minutes. I’m sure I can get it down further once I’ve done it a few more times. I would highly recommend an ebike to anyone who is looking to reduce their commute time and Dash are a reliable company to go through.
