Have just joined up and have Electric Brompton. It has taken all stress out of daily commute, get some fresh air and exercise, all set up for a day in the office, and the cycle home is a lovely wind down end of day. What a great team and great concept! Loving it.

It's a great initiative with a greater cause. I would strongly recommend everyone to try this out and Dash have helped me become more healthy, fit and environment friendly.

They have fantastic service too. I had a small issue and it got resolved in a day. They made sure that any issue is dealt with utmost priority and satisfaction.

They have a great offering to match various budgets which makes it really magnetic.

I love Dash Rides. Their service has been amazing so far. I had an issue with one of the pedal. I was stuck at the hospital with the broken pedal, I couldn’t go anywhere and I had to get to work after my doc appointment. Dash rides came to rescue me at the hospital just after my appointment. I got a bike replacement and I was able to get to work on time for my meetings. They literally made my day!!

Set up was seamless throughout the entire process (thanks to their outstanding customer support team) and the admin side of it is very easy to manage for our HR/ops/finance teams.

- our employees absolutely love their new, affordable e-bikes (they're riding more often & for longer durations);

-unlike other cyclescheme programmes out there, at no point is the company out of pocket (DASH understands the negative impact that salary sacrifice schemes can have on a business' cashflow; they have done such a great job to ensure they're product offering doesn't do the same).

Ultimately, it's a no brainer to include on your company's employee benefits package - no harm at all to sign up and check it out for yourself.

The service and support has been nothing short of exceptional. The bike is brilliant and the scheme makes it 100% viable where otherwise I would not be able to purchase the top of the range electric bike. Having started a new company, I found out that they were signed up with Dash a couple of my colleagues used the Dash bikes too and spoke highly of them. I wanted to cut down my journey time and unreliability of buses. I would highly recommend. The team are really helpful and replaced my bike immediately when there was a slight manufacturers issue on it.
