Says 2-4 days
Says 2-4 days. If they come today that’s 11 days. No answer on the phone or email. I’d give u Zero stars if I could. I won’t be using you AGAIN!

Hi Richard,
I’ve just checked your order and can see you ordered on 24/02/23. Your order was shipped on the 03/03/23 which is 5 working days I do apologise the order was shipped 1 day late. As you can see on your tracking details your order is out for delivery already.
Our phone lines are currently down I do apologise for this, they’re due to be fixed on the 13th. Where we’re late shipping an order we always do our best to offer the customer a good will gesture such as a discount on future orders. I can see you won’t be using us again but should that change feel free to email us for the discount :)

Hi Smith. Thank you for your review. I’m not sure if you noticed on the delivery and product pages but we do advise of a 2-4 working day turnaround before shipping with our next day courier. Happy to hear you’re happy with your order :)
