Hi, we weren’t aware of this issue as you hadn’t contacted us to advise your parcel hadn’t arrived. I’ve checked the tracking and can see that the address you provided wasn’t complete so the courier was unable to deliver the parcel. The parcel is on its way back to us now, if you contact us we can confirm the shipping address with your or issue a refund. The tracking was emailed to you the moment they were shipped, we’re unable to monitor everyone’s tracking due to the amount of parcels we ship so we expect customers to contact us if there’s been an issue with delivery so we can chase this with our courier. We’ve also emailed to discuss how we can fix this solution in the best possible way for you - we look forward to hearing from you.

I was disappointed to hear we were a day late on delivery but on looking into this it seems there was unfortunately a misunderstanding. The item you ordered has a 2-4 day turnaround and your item arrived with you on the 3rd working day. We’re aware some customers need their orders urgently so we just ask that in this case we can be contacted first to ensure next day delivery is possible - we’d hate to let our customers down. Your order was shipped as per our turnaround times that are advised on the website and the tracking shows delivered. If you have not received your order can you please use the contact us form on the website so we can get your order reshipped? The packaging itself is good but...
The packaging itself is good, but they put sticker instead of direct print on the package. Basically you can't open the bag once is sealed u got to cut it or rip the label of the bag.

You ordered labelled bags and not direct printed bags. If you want direct printed bags there is options for these on the website. The item you ordered is called ‘Pre labelled bags’ to avoid this confusion. I feel a 1 star review is quite harsh. Hi, I believe you are mistaken you actually blocked us. For transparency you ordered multicoloured custom clipper lighters and then rang us to ask if you could return half of the order (the colours that you didn’t like) for a refund. We explained the lighters were multicoloured lighters as this is what you ordered and we unfortunately couldn’t refund as the lighters were printed with your custom artwork that you supplied meaning the lighters were unsellable. Our refund policy clearly states that custom items are none refundable for these reasons. Negative reviews are detrimental to small businesses like ours and I feel your review is very unjust as you received exactly what you ordered. Not only did you receive exactly what you ordered you received this 3 working days ahead of schedule as the item was shipped the very next day.

Black background on the rear of mimosa bags. No good binned them £35 quid in the bin after waiting almost a week when I paid 6.99 next day delivery.

Hi Kevin, I feel this review is quite unfair considering the problems you have detailed. The first part of the bags being black on the rear, it does explain this clearly on the site and explain if you want double sided bags it’s an additional cost due to more materials being used. You say this is your second order so I’m unsure why you would order again if the bags having a black back is a problem. As for delivery the option you selected isn’t just called ‘next day delivery’ it is called ‘next day delivery - please note only plain packaging is shipped next day please check product turnaround times.’ I explained this to you when you emailed, all of our orders are delivered via a next day courier however when you order something that is made to order it’s a 2-4 day turnaround. Your order was shipped on the 2nd working day. 1 star reviews have a very negative impact on small businesses like ourselves. You could have emailed us and explained the items weren’t what you were expecting and we could have issued a refund no problem as we offer a 14 day return policy. Sorry DC wasn’t up to your expectations.
