Dean has been a monumental factor in me being able to adapt and grow my business. His mentoring has been seamlessly tailored to my learning and working style, allowing me to progress at my own pace but also keeping me accountable to following through with actions required towards building.

I’ve always wanted to get into the property game but didn’t really have a clue on how to get started. After looking into different options, I realised Airbnb R2R had one of the lowest entry costs, but I still didn’t know where to begin or how the whole process worked.

Dean’s programme really bridged that gap. The 1-to-1 sessions are completely personalised, and he was great at working around my schedule, which made the whole experience so much more manageable. He gave me tailored advice on my specific situations, helped me understand the strategy in depth, and guided me step by step through choosing the right properties and securing deals.

I always knew I wanted to be an entrepreneur and having tried but failed in various other business models, I knew I needed someone to mentor me especially as I was already working a 9-5. I had a couple buy to let properties and was considering to go full time in property development but knew cash flow would always be an issue.

I now have a large service accommodation property that I manage with my family. Dean was onsite and helped me set up the property before going live. We started receiving bookings within 24h of going live and still have meetings to-date to discuss any issues or further plans for expanding etc.

I felt a little anxious when starting the mentoring scheme but I feel much more confident now with clearer objectives and goals for the near future.

I’ve been a landlord for a while and already own two buy-to-lets, but I’d never seriously considered Rent-to-Rent as a strategy—until I came across Dean. Since going live, the unit has performed incredibly well. As soon as it launched, I was fully booked for the next three weeks instantly, and the bookings have been trickling in every day since. Just yesterday, I secured a 16-night booking worth £3,500. It’s already proving to be a fantastic investment—and now I’m preparing to take on my second unit.

What’s made the biggest difference is how accessible Dean is. I can send a quick message and get an answer right away, no need to book appointments or wait days. And if I do need a deeper discussion, he’s happy to jump on a call and walk through everything with me.

Even though I already had property experience, I wouldn’t have taken this step without Dean’s mentorship. Starting a Rent-to-Rent Airbnb business from Ireland in the middle of London felt like a big leap—but with Dean guiding me, it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made.

I feel like there’s hope now compared to when I started I feel like i have purpose. Im motivated and my future is clear. And now I’m here making my family proud.
