Just placed the second order for acoustic panels. The first ones arrived just as expected. The perforated wood and wool panels look stylish and do a great job absorbing the echo in the study. Painted Wedge foam panels
Unfortunately im not really happy whit my product.
I ordered foam acustic wedge panels i blue and gray.
The gray is fine, but the blue is paintet foam, not diyed, whitch means that the color can scrape off...
Way to expensive to be paintet and not diyed.

Our acoustic wedge panels are carefully painted rather than dyed because dyeing PU foam can lead to discolouration and degradation over time, especially with exposure to sunlight or UV light. The painted finish is specifically designed to maintain its quality and appearance in the long term.
We’ve been producing and selling painted foam panels for over a decade and have received only positive feedback about their durability and performance. Scraping off the paint is typically only possible with harsh handling, which is not typical in standard use.

Es hätte so schön sein können ..
Es hätte so schön sein können ... ich habe mir einen Schallschutzvorhang für einen Privathaushalt anfertigen lassen.
Die Beratung durch den Kundenkontakt in Österreich war sehr freundlich und gut.
Doch leider wurde er dann in Bulgarien falsch angefertigt, für mich komplett unbrauchbar.
Ab dann gestaltete sich der Kontakt sehr mühsam und unzuverlässig. Die Reklamation wurde mir erst auf meine Aufforderung hin schriftlich bestätigt, jegliche Terminzusagen wurden in diesem Prozess nicht eingehalten und ich habe zwischenzeitlich wirklich Angst um meine 535 € bekommen, die ich natürlich schon bezahlt hatte.
Zudem erschienen mir auch die Versandkosten von 155 € (!!!) viel zu hoch. Das wurde anfangs damit argumentiert, dass der Vorhang nicht zusammengerollt werden könne, er wurde jedoch zusammengerollt geliefert.
Beim Vorhang stimmte auch die Breite nicht. Hier wurde meinem Foto wohl kein Glaube geschenkt, sondern der Hersteller in Bulgarien wollte, dass ich den Vorhang auseinander ziehe und schaue, ob sich da nicht vielleicht doch noch die 2,5 cm ergeben, die fehlten.
Nach sehr, sehr viel Mailverkehr habe ich dann am Ende doch den Vorhang, wie bestellt, erhalten.
Leider riecht er sehr chemisch, ich hoffe, das gibt sich noch.
Ich würde auf jeden Fall davon abraten, sich dort etwas eigens anfertigen zu lassen und lieber die Dinge zu kaufen, die es schon fertig im Shop gibt.
Man bestellt hier in Bulgarien, auch wenn die Kundenkontakte jeweils in anderen Ländern sitzen.
Das kann die Sache kompliziert machen.

Uitstekend horen
Voor een gehoorapparaat kunt u het beste naar Decibel Woerden gaan. Daar wordt je enorm goed geholpen. Je krijgt zelfs een kopje koffie aangeboden. Hij is heel vakkundig en neemt echt de tijd voor je. Dus gewoon doen, naar Decibel Woerden.
