Product as described, great quality, fast delivery and easy checkout process. Excellent company.

The second item I purchased is another excellent piece. Curated collection of exceptional items and high quality customer service. Highly recommended.

I have never written a TP review before but felt compelled to put one on for Decor and Pour. This is a great independent shop. I had a query re a chandelier I wanted to buy. Within a few minutes of putting my q on the Chat they called me - this was in the evening too - to let me know what I had asked. I subsequently bought the chandelier but on arrival, it wasn’t right for the room unfortunately. However, I liaised with Mark to arrange the return and he just couldn’t have been nicer or more efficient. He made it really easy - return went back within two days and was quickly credited to my account with updates too from D and P on receipt. They also sent an e catalogue to me after my purchase of cocktails which I sent on to friends and have also recommended the shop. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again. Their service was excellent throughout and they really cared.

Although the delivery was later than originally confirmed due to the delivery company not dispatch.

We received two beautiful light fittings that are excellent quality - the website was easy to use and order. Would recommend and defintiely order again from Decor and Pour

Love my purchase !!

Fantastic service from the start. The item I had bought had a slight delay due to outside influences but I was kept informed regularly along the way. What an amazing coffee table we now have. I will happily buy more from Decor and Pour in the future.

I ordered some bar stools and had fantastic support from Mark at Decor and Pour regarding colour options for the leather and then regarding delivery.

I love the lamp my mum bought me and also the way it was packed there was no way it could have broke ☺️

Absolutely delighted with my two lamps! They are even better than I expected – beautiful quality and they look fantastic. The seller's communication was excellent throughout, the lamps were extremely well packaged and delivery was very quick. It's clear that great care is taken with both the products and customer service. I have bought from them twice and the service was excellent both times. I would highly recommend. Five stars all round!

I purchased both large furniture items and smaller bar accessories. All arrived quickly and are of great quality. Excellent customer service, too, when I had a query. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Decor & Pour again, and very likely will do in the coming weeks.
