What a JOKE
What a joke! This app is not at all user friendly! They are charging me almost $39 for paying each bill, in addition to the monthly membership fee of $14.99!! It took a ridiculous amount of time to load my utility bill, I was charged the almost $39 fee, and then I have to use their app to go ahead and send the payment!! I was the notified that I had to download that bill again, which again took forever, and then they tried to charge me the $39 fee again!!! Live customer service agents seem non existent, and when I submitted their form requesting help, it says they contact me in 1 to 2 days! That's ridiculous! I'm cancelling Immediately 🤬🤬🤬

Do not use for medicare
I used this product to pay my medicare premium and the membership fee is high=$14.99. Secondly, they did not write my name nor account number on the physical check. They sent $500 which I never got credit for. Medicare can't find the check. They still charged me $125 per pay check the same. I now owe Medicare $700 ASAP! If I can't do that I lose my part B insurance!
I can not recommend for medicare.
Also you can not speak to a real person to dispute anything.

I've been trying to reach them for 2…
I've been trying to reach them for 2 days. I have repeatedly uploaded and emailed documents they requested. I'm only receiving automated replies. No response from a human on chat. No response on email. No phone number. I don't trust these people. If they can't be reached before they take my money, I can't imagine how bad it will be after they have my money .

Deferit to The Rescue
Deferit really helps out when money is tight. Deferit allows me to split bills into 4 installments, making it easier to catch up and stay on top of monthly expenses. Especially right now with everything being so expensive, Deferit really comes in with the assist.

Deferit Pay in Four makes paying bills…
Deferit Pay in Four makes paying bills so much easier. I like being able to split payments into smaller amounts instead of paying everything at once. The app is easy to use, reminders are helpful, and it really takes some stress off my finances. Definitely recommend if you need flexibility with bills.

My power bill chose violence
My power bill was loud and disrespectful right before payday, but Deferit said “relax, I got you.” Easy to use, no shut-off stress, and payments that didn’t hurt my feelings. If adulting had a cheat code, this is it. 10/10 would defer again.

Overall
Overall, good company. What isn’t obvious is while they say most bills are paid in 2 hrs or less, that’s not including after business hours or on holidays. Normally, this wouldn’t be much of an issue but bills don’t stop for holidays. I incurred a late fee due to this and just had to take it on the chin because of fine print. Otherwise this has been very helpful during a tough time.
