Absolute terrible company ordered as a birthday gift for my son 18th January, birthday been n gone last week no responses , was promised delivery in 7 to 10 days way past that looks like they have taken alot of people's money ! And clearly don't care what the items for gifts for my son when I could of gone elsewhere, I think the customer service is absolutely appalling.

Absolute shambles. Ordered a ps5 controller on the 14th of Jan still not received. Finally got a response on Facebook that they are having supplier issue but no information on when my order will be shipped. They've now gone back to not answering messages. Almost starting to feel I've been scammed. Spend a little extra and buy a scuff. That's what I'll be doing if I ever get a refund from this dreadful company

I never leave bad reviews. My experience with this company has been the actual worst. Ordered 8th Jan still haven’t received item. Emailed numerous times, at the beginning they were fast with their response, now I can’t get an answer. The last email I received stated they had the controller just the engraving was missing but could send out the controller and the engraved part separate. I was happy with that. That was the 1st Feb and you’ve guessed it, still no controller. This was for my daughters birthday. Ordered in plenty of time according to lead time. I want a refund but appears to be even harder to get that!!

Sent 10 emails in the space of 2 months about a refund! They were quite happily replying within a day or two until they confirmed they received the controller on 30th of December and has been passed onto sales department by email. After that there's has been no response at all. Will now be contacting bank and citizens advice with all proof of postage by royal mail and by them via email.

Ordered a PS5 Pro controller on the 2nd…
Ordered a PS5 Pro controller on the 2nd of Jan the 15 day build time ended on the 18/01/23. “ Your controller is currently scheduled to go out early next week. I will try to push this forwards as much as I can for you, however I cannot guarantee anything unfortunately” this is what I was told on the 19/01 as of now it’s 26/01 and still now had my controller awful customer service I’d avoid and go to scuff directly.

Ordered the 18th of december with express build time by the 25th of december I asked for a cancelation and refund, which I got a reply to at the 30th of december stating it takes 7 to 10 business days to get a reply from the sales department. It's been a month now and I still haven't received my refund and they're not responding to my new support tickets.
Don’t buy from the company
Don’t buy from the company. I ordered a custom PS5 controller as a Xmas present, it cost £115. The controller came nearly 3 weeks after the order date and immediately had issues with it. The controller was sticking and having a mind of its own within the game without pressing any buttons. Sent the controller back for it to be fixed which I had to pay the delivery cost for as they don’t cover this. Received the controller back again and it’s making an awful squeaky noise around the analogue stick. The company have told me to send it back again for the second time which I’ve refused to do as they’re refusing to cover the cost of postage. The whole controller feels cheap and just doesn’t feel nice to play with at all. Please don’t bother wasting your money with this company, they’re a rip off. Stick to the real deal.

I ordered this controller on the 11th of December it arrived 23th of Jan, one mouth 13 days. Dispute the wait the controller looks amazing. like others I was starting to think this might have been a scam but I can assure you it's not. I think it's just been a very busy period. The controller Feels great quality. Can't comment on how it works. Being custom I'm sure stick drift will kick in soon but it's been baught for a gamers bedroom as more display purpose. So for me this is perfect. Feels great and the grip feeling is awesome.

Still haven't had my order told it was a supply issue and would get it in 10 days but nothing sent a few more msgs asking for a alternative remote but they didn't answer me so last week asked for refund was told 7-10 days today is the 10 day nothing I have msg them but no reply checking my payment method it told me they haven't even issued a refund. They just emailed funny they only answe bad reviews saying they will check with sales team I just want my money back.

Placed an order on the 13th of December and whilst I appreciate Christmas delays and postal strikes I am still yet to receive my controller. Communication is terrible contacted then various ways and only received one vague response on when I could expect my product. A lot of money for so far a very poor customer service. Wish I’d of just paid the little bit extra for a scuf controller.

Broken after 2 months of use - however fixed it quickly
Broken after 2 months of use! Ordered end of October, recieved at the end of November. All was great until last Friday (less than 2 months of use) the controller broke! The instant right click trigger which I payed extra for, Dosent click, it travels further done than the left and it doesn’t register to my ps5. Not fit for purpose currently. I’ve tried messaged, emailing, Facebook, Instagram and email….nothing. Defy gaming, when you read this, send me an email with a number to call so we can discuss how we can repair this.
Edit: they repaired it free of charge because it was still under warranty. I sent it back on the tuesday, they’re received and fixed on the Wednesday and had it shipped back on the Thursday. The downfall to the company is communication, if they had faster replies I wouldn’t fault them

Paid £115 (with a discount code) for a pre built custom PS5 controller. Had to send it back about 2 weeks after purchasing it as it kept going dead stick and making this horrendous squeaking noise when you used the R & L triggers. Had it back maybe 2 weeks and it goes dead stick whenever it feels like it again. They expect you to pay for the postage back everytime there’s an issue with it which is about £6+ because it has to be tracked. wish I’d read the reviews before buying from this company. Don’t bother honestly just buy your products from the original manufacturers definitely not worth it! No I haven’t bothered sending it back I’m not willing to pay for postage everytime there’s an issue and it ends up costing me double when it’s not even worth what I already paid.
UPDATE:
I gave in and contacted them regarding a refund, which I was refused but they offered to refund me the cost of postage so they could try to fix it. I accepted and sent my controller back, they’ve had it a week now I’ve heard nothing at all, not even an email to say they received it and are working on it. At this point I’ve contacted citizens advice and I’ll be contacting my bank to see if there’s anything that can be done.
- my bank got me my money back and I’ve just noticed all social media platforms have been disabled and the website is down.. not sure if the company has gone bust (definitely wouldn’t be shocked) everyone waiting on orders or repairs contact your banks for help!
