Controller was not ready in the 7-10 period, I waited a few days extra and then emailed asking them to cancel my order and process a refund, they said that the refund would be with me in another 7-10 days and that was on the 21st Nov 2022, i still haven’t got the refund and have sent another email asking for the refund ASAP.
If you want a controller such as the PS5 pro controller they sell, do it yourself by looking up ExtremeRate on amazon, they are £40 and you can DIY which is what i have done.

Still waiting for someone to email me about my refund no contact number so I can't speak to anyone no return emails no nothing they didn't have the item i wanted so I asked for a refund and still nothing it's past the period for the refund to be processed and yes still nothing poor service avoid

Purchased at the begining of November with 7-10 day turn around, after 14 days of hearing nothing I enquired via email to be told they where backlogged / having issues with some parts and it would be shipped that week, week after still no controller so I have to email again to be "copy and pasted" a generic excuse again that "they where having issues sourcing parts" AS WELL as the influx of orders due to black Friday sales (bare in mind mine was ordered well before these sales, once a threat of me wanting a refund was sent they shipped it out that day, they should put this on the order forms that there may be a delay longer than usual and not just take people's money THEN inform them

First time using this site so was a little apprehensive but I got to say will definitely recommend...
Fast delivery & so happy with the product

I have ordered custom PS5 controller, however after I have read many feedbacks that the delivery took more than a month I started to question if this will be delivered on time. After a week when I haven’t heard anything from Defy I decided to contact their customer service to check how far in process is my order.
I explained the situation and that I am afraid if the controller will be delivered on time. This nice lady that I was taking with push things faster that I could have order on time. I’ve got controller a week later, nicely done ✔️ exactly how I ordered.

I ordered a custom built Defy-Pro PS5 controller with “Instant Click” triggers,D-pad and buttons and I love It! The build quality is second to none and although there was a delay due to a supplier shortage the Defy customer service team was awesome and my emails was responded to super fast and I received some freebie’s to compensate for the delay so I would highly recommend Defy Gaming and award them ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The original order I placed wasn't available so they gave me a great alternative and it was ordered quickly and sent to me within days.

Ignore the 7-10 day build time! Been waiting nearly 4 weeks, reached out last week and they fobbed me off with a load of nonsense about a backlog and a supply issue, said order should be here by the end of this week.... it isn't, contacted again to no avail.... I can't comment on the product as I don't think I'll ever see it

My son is delighted with his customised controller. Was a little disappointed with how long it took to arrive- 6 weeks but happy with communication and product.

Waited a month for controller after being told it would take up to 14 days, chased a few times. last straw was when i chased and got told the Black Friday deals has delayed it, bearing in mind the Black Friday deals have only just started and shouldn't affect an order a month prior, terrible customer service and blunt when requesting order cancelled

Got the controller and it was perfect, so happy using it in the new Warzone 2.0.
Worth the money spent considering the new pro controller Sony will release later on will be double the price. But happy with the performance and have already recommended to friends who I play Warzone with.

Really easy site to use quick turn around and the quilty of the product is fantastic

Bought as a Christmas gift so can't comment on performance. Item delivered on time.

3 stars until they repair and fix the controller that broke within 1 day of use. Purely because customer service is very good and responsive. Will amend if they fix it
