Little bit longer than stated for delivery but very happy with the product

Despite the 7-10 days that the website says to built it, I got it more than 20 days after my purchase. It’s ok, nothing special. Better buy a scuf instead. They don’t send a charger with the controller

I didn’t come time took 3weeks instead of 2weeks

No correspondence when product wasn’t delivered on time. When contacted they gave a reason for not sending on time but we did have to compromise on build to get the item.

£142 for a controller that we had to chase in an age demographic that doesn’t understand delays is not a good result.

Did send some freebies but lateness and change to spec ruined the experience somewhat

When emailing with enquiries the person replying was very helpful. Would use this company again.

The quality of these controllers is excellent and all communication dealt with quickly and effectively. Great service.

The controller itself is really nice, however it was over the 10 working days that was promised, then it turned up without the personalised name on it with a cheap piece of paper apologising, the did add a couple of small goodies but main reason of wanting it was for my sons name on it.

I was cautious placing the order having read some negative reviews, but in my case everything went just fine: great customised product, delivery within a week of order, great experience overall.

The controller itself is hard to get used to compare to other brands due to the back paddles being further up on the back on the controller. However I’ve gotten used to it and my game play is so much better. The build quality is amazing and worth the wait for it.

Very well put together, trigger feel, grip feel and usability is incredible.

After dropping them a line to say I was going away and to ask when it was likely to land, the team bumped my order and my pad was out to me in the next few days!

Have been using the controller now for a few weeks. The quality is amazing, I'm more of a casual gamers but needed the paddles for some tournaments I occasionally run so mainly shooters like apex and cod. It feels great with the grips and the paddles (while taking a few days to get used to) are nicely spaced but close enough that I'm not having to adjust my hands at all while in-game. It comes with a case, cabl we, stand and some stickers which were a great little extra.

The only thing I would say is, be prepared to wait a little while. This is by no means a negative it does say in the email that there are delays due to getting parts from Sony and there are options for them to build your console quicker and express delivery. I however didn't so this is completely my error. However it still took a couple weeks longer than the original dispatch time that I was given. Defy gaming replied to all my emails and queries and their customer service was brilliant.

It would have been nice to maybe get an email just letting the customer know there would be delays rather than having to email but that is just a suggestion rather than a complaint. Now I have my controller I can't go back to my original controller. Gameplay has improved with the paddles and just feels more solid in your hand than the original controller.

Fantastic product, great support. Just keep in mind the delays and you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely over the moon with my Defy controller!, couldn’t be more happier. Iv had my fair share of custom controller’s in the past, this PS5 Defy controller though, is a beast.

Custom PS5 controller works brilliantly and has helped me close the skill gap in FPS games.
The customer service was great and quickly responded to and addressed situations not of their making making me a happy customer

Good controller with the additional buttons and new thumb sticks. However, took a calendar month to arrive and when dead zones are set to 0.01 stick drift out the box.

I ordered a custom pro defy ps5 Controller, when it came it was more than I expected! I Would highly recommend going to defy gaming if you’re considering getting a custom controller!

I order my items and was waiting awhile for them to arrive. As soon as I emailed they quickly got back to me regarding my order and made sure that I received my order the next day with a complimentary upgrade and a couple if freebies. Amazing company and will definitely recommend to others as well as be a returning customer.

Late delivery, over a month after order it arrived. Not worth the price, was constantly chasing delivery and told we apologise and will give you some "freebies"- never got anything. Won't be ordering again

Ordered a personalised PS4 controller for my Sons birthday - quick and easy to create the controller online, personalised with my sons gamertag. Arrived the following week, over the moon with it! My son has not seen this yet as his birthday isnt until December but i am sure he will love it. Feels comfortable and looks cool.
