Unwilling to refund Xmas gift purchase for brother with Psoriasis
Bought a package for my brother for Christmas as he has Psoriasis and these products are supposed to help. Turns out that he has used their products before and they causes skin irritation. I went away on Christmas Eve and got back recently. All items are unopened but Delhisious has refused to do a refund and stated that they have discontinued some of the products now. Which is a lie as I can still buy the same package on the website right now for the same price.
Lie to the customers to reject refunds they could full well process.
No I am stuck with this rubbish product and need to get something else.

I was really drawn to Delhicious as a…
I was really drawn to Delhicious as a consumer because I actively look for ethical, consciously sourced brands with care behind their ingredients. I have PCOS, psoriasis, and very sensitive, acne-prone skin, so finding products that are both gentle and genuinely non-toxic is important to me.
I took my time using the products consistently over a couple of months, as I prefer to properly understand whether something works for my body rather than rushing to judgement. One of the hair masks did help rejuvenate my hair to a degree, and I did notice some softness while using it. However, I didn’t experience any long-term improvement. It didn’t help with scalp psoriasis, dandruff, or overall dryness the effects were temporary and only lasted during use.
In terms of the body and moisturiser balms, I found them a bit difficult to use practically. The push-up packaging often left residue when closing, which felt wasteful and slightly frustrating. I also noticed that my skin reacted with breakouts, particularly as I’m prone to cystic acne and long-term bacne hyperpigmentation. Unfortunately, some of the products didn’t suit my skin at all.
I was also personally not keen on the inclusion of glitter in certain items, as it felt unnecessary for skincare, and some of the scents were unpleasant for me. While I did notice that the products provided moisture when applied to areas such as arms or body as directed, overall they didn’t work for my skin long term.
Because I take time to test products properly, I didn’t feel confident reaching out for a refund months later, knowing how company policies usually work. The hair product was the only item that showed any noticeable benefit, but not enough for me to continue purchasing.
That said, I genuinely love what this company stands for. Their intentions, ethics, and message are beautiful, and I’m honestly disappointed that the products didn’t suit me, as I really wanted them to become a long-term staple in my routine. It’s clear from other reviews that they do work well for some people unfortunately, they just weren’t right for my very sensitive skin and specific needs.
I wish the brand continued success and growth, even though I won’t be repurchasing personally.

As you may be aware, our products are natural, clinically tested and dermatologist approved and for the majority of our customers they work really well for dry, sensitive and eczema prone skin in particular. Unfortunately, this is the nature of natural skin and haircare, they may not work for all and perhaps there is a natural ingredient that you're sensitive to which is certainly worth looking into to help with future purchases.

I love these products
I love these products. The balm is like magic on my elbows, I put in my kids lips when they are chapped. I have a sensitive scalp and tried so many shampoos so hopeful these will also be great.

Outstanding products
Outstanding products. I personally cannot recommend them enough. My scalp was not just inflamed and itchy but it was painful to even touch my head. The growth oil gave me instant relief and scalp balm is nice too. Speedy delivery and easy to reorder. If anything their products are so good I buy their double packs or packages to avoid running out. Thank you for effective and affordable products. It has helped me so much.

A natural product that actually works
I have suffered from eczema for more that twenty years and didn’t want to use steroids anymore i have spent hundreds of pounds on creams that havnt worked so didnt hold out much hope for the migh-tea moisture balm but from the first time i used this product my skin felt moisturised and stopped the awful itching cannot recommend highly enough . At last a natural product that actually works

Grainy batches
Really love the balm and lots of other products, but we've had multiple batches that are so grainy they cannot be used. When I contacted customer service I was advised to microwave and reset, but wouldn't expect to have to do this as customer.
It hasn't put me off ordering, as it's such a good product when it's right, but feel very frustrated by the lack of consistency.

From what you've described it certainly seems some natural crystallisation has taken place which is not uncommon given the nature of our unique natural formulations, particularly with this natural balm. Although not common, this can naturally occur however the benefits are not affected by this and it would need to be melted down a little before applying.

Amazing shampoo & conditioner - love them!
Lovely shampoo that lathers well & makes my hair feel nourished after washing. On the 1st use after spreading the conditioner in my hair I wasn't sure it would be that moisturising, but have say both products are really excellent. My hair immediately felt stronger, in better condition & the shedding seems less too! FANTASTIC PRODUCTS!!

Superb night skincare routine
I ordered the night skincare range after receiving the leaflet for it in the box of hair products I’d ordered. Luckily, for me there was a sale after Christmas so got for £50 instead of £65. Wow, the products are amazing and one nights use feel so good on my skin. I’d highly recommend 🥰
