Доставляли маленького котенка - 4 месяца.
Справились на "ура", как по мне.
Я и заводчица очень сильно волновались, но диспетчер и водитель были на связи. Отвечали на вопросы, держали в курсе.
Очень удобный треккинг транспорта, в котором перевозили животное. Прям спокойнее на душе становилось от того, что знала, в какой точке маршрута сейчас машина.
Уделили внимание и тому, что я попросила котенка в какой-то момент посадить в клетку подальше от двери, так как было прохладно, а животное короткошерстное.
Приятный был и опыт оформления заказа на доставку - мне ответили на все вопросы в чате в телеграмме, помогли прояснить многие вопросы касательно документов для перевозки животного между странами ЕС. Отвечали вежливо, очень приветливо. У меня осталось очень хорошее впечатление.
Опыт клиента Delivery Animal у меня был замечательный.
Спасибо огромное всей команде этой компании за привезенное в мой дом счастье)

Перевезення кішки з України в США
Дякуємо за доставку нашої кішки. Не дивлячись на мої хвилювання стосовно того, як вона перенесе дорогу, все таки вік поважний, вона приїхала в хорошому стані: чиста, охайна, трохи очумівша від переїздів та перельотів, але не залякана. Доставка додому дуже нам підійшла. Дякую ще раз. Сподіваємося ще на щасливі роки вже разом з нашою Лакі поряд )

Dog transportation
Used Delivery Animal to move my dog from Poland to the USA. The process was super smooth and stress-free. They knew all the paperwork, vax, and travel requirements inside out, guiding me every step of the way.
Staff was friendly, caring, and really took great care of my dog—kept me updated during the trip, which was a huge relief. Customs and delivery were handled perfectly, and my dog arrived happy and healthy.
Highly recommend Delivery Animal for anyone relocating pets internationally. Great service, great team!
