A: We use a range of couriers depending on what you order. For orders dispatched with DHL or TNT we dispatch all orders received by 4:30pm on a next working day delivery - absolutely free of charge!

Even though we had a bit of an issue with pick up and delivery of my item everyone involved was extremely helpful and polite and I appreciate all the help I received. Good quality chest freezer. Very prompt delivery, and that was to the Isle of Wight! Well packaged, no damage. Very helpful and friendly service at Dellonda when I phoned for information.

Purchased two different sets in the fusion range - great, responsive customer service. however, the delivery company for the first set was awful - waited in all day for the delivery, did not turn up - no call, no email no nothing - ended up getting the set 4 days late.

Fix for wine cabinet

Great piece of kit, used it on a 4 day camping break and the freezer dept kept everything frozen and the fridge side worked equally well, buy one you wont be disappointed.
