My husband and I are in our late 50's and during our journey in life we have slept on many different mattresses, but none of those come close to the comfort of our Demko mattress. Tamas at Demko has a huge knowledge about mattresses and beds and when we decided to change from our mainstream mattresses to latex mattress his superior knowledge in comparison to other salespeople we spoke to made a huge difference and gave us the confidence we needed to go ahead with our purchase. We purchased a king size DeLuxe B mattress but held off leaving a review for 2 months so that anyone reading this will know that we still feel the same about the mattress comfort and quality after trialling it for this period as we did after the first night we slept on them. We absolutely love it! I have always been a light sleeper and have occasionally suffered from back and lower back pain, it used to take me a while to get back to sleep after waking up during the night, but after sleeping on my new Demko mattress I noticed that I get back to sleep much sooner than before and the pain has diminished to the point where I rarely get any. I would also like to mention that our order was processed quickly and arrived well within the stated leads time. The dellivery crew were super polite and professional. I can only praise Demko!

I have recently bought an organic mattress – DeLuxe D – and absolutely love it. Initially, I found it a little hard but quickly realised that this was because my old mattress was sagging (and was therefore bad for my back). I am now used to my fabulous new mattress and am loving it. I find it very reassuring that it contains no nasty chemicals and would never again consider buying any other brand (no, I’m not on commission: I am just an ordinary customer delighted with the product). And Demko’s customer service has been simply outstanding: before my purchase, I received very comprehensive and helpful advice, which didn’t stop at the point of sale, as my question posed to Demko shortly after I had made the purchase was promptly and helpfully answered. Even the delivery guys were lovely. Brilliant product – brilliant company; thank you!

In 2018 I bought two 80 x 200cm non-adjustable standard bed-systems, with one 10cm organic latex mattress. We have used it as a king size bed and absolutely love it. We have the most restful nights' sleep on it, and wake with aches and pains soothed (one of us is a gardener). The mattress is firm but also warm and cosy, and I love the clever design of the supporting struts. I also very much appreciate it being free of nasty chemicals treatments. Customer service has been outstanding from the outset, with some custom adjustments easily done to make the legs of the bed longer than standard, and now, help being given to enable me to go ahead with a plan to cut the mattress in half so we can use the two frames separately as our circumstances change. And in addition to all this, it has also done two very easy house moves (because it takes up so little room).

This is our second purchase, needless to say if we are happy with the first one. This time it's a bespoke mattress as we wanted a thinner mattress to suit a higher base bedframe. Just like last time, I called up and spoke to Tamas and he was very detailed and responsible, we cleared all my concerns and I made my order. It was a very good night sleep on the first night as we received the mattress yesterday.

Excellent customer service from Demko, and specifically Tamas.
Unfortunately, I had made an error when making the online order and didn't notice a pull down menu with options for the mattress cover. Once the bed had arrived, and I noticed my error, Demko was quick to dispatch my preferred cover without any fuss.

The bed itself is fantastic! For the first time in a very long while I am sleeping through until morning with no interruptions.

Easy to deal with, prompt service and all questions answered. Mattress arrived early and the delivery team were very professional installing the mattress upstairs, which was no easy task! All rubbish and packaging was taken away. Very happy and a good experience.

Great service from Tamas. I was in contact with him multiple times over the entire ordering process both by phone and email. He was very helpful and friendly and supplied lots of information for me to make sure I was happy with my choices.
I ordered a king size bed from the "Flora" range and the craftmanship of the frame is beautiful. It was easy to assemble and everything just clicked into place and fitted easily. You can tell that the people making the frames measure everything out perfectly as everything lines up really nicely and all the finishes are lovely and smooth. I chose the Flora frame as it has mid century curves and styling as I wanted a really beautiful bed as well as a bed to help with my chronic back pain. I didn't just want an ugly functional bed!
My bed has the "bed system". It was very expensive and did take time to adjust to but now I find it very comfortable. I have been using the bed for about 4 months now. I have a back injury from a car accident in the late 1990s which has caused chronic pain, stiffness, tension and numbness in my back, neck and left shoulder, arm and hand. I invested in this bed at over 4K because I find my pain very tiring and I was sick of waking up in pain every day and sometimes with a completely numb dead arm. My husband doesn't have any back issues at all and found the bed comfortable from the first night. I definitely feel better when I wake up in the morning now compared to my previous bed. I don't think my pain will ever go away completely as I've been dealing with it for over 20 years but this bed has definitely helped.
I would definitely recommend buying a bed from Demko if you can afford to invest in one as the quality is amazing and the customer service is great.
My only complaint was that due to the pandemic I wasn't able to visit the showroom and this meant that I had to choose the wood stain colour by looking at a photo that was emailed to me. The colour came out slightly different to how I expected it to look but it's still really nice. I think it would be best if Demko could supply little colour samples of the wood stain on the different wood materials which could be posted out to their customers it would be better so the customer could see a physical colour sample. I wanted a really specific colour (like vintage mid century teak) and the colour I received was a little more cherry ish than the retro orangey brown I wanted. I guess that's my fault for asking for a colour that they don't normally use!

I am returning customer of Demko as they provide the highest quality non toxic and comfortable mattresses out there. On top of that the customer service is exceptional.

I have waited a couple of months before reviewing this mattress so I could really assess it, and I can honestly say it is the best mattress I have ever had. I have had problems with my neck for many years after a car accident, and the pain and stiffness have been so much better since sleeping on this mattress. I have also found it to be excellent at temperature regulation- neither cold nor too hot. The company were extremely helpful and made a bespoke size for our bed at no additional cost. My previous mattress was one of the heavily marketed brands but it failed after 2 years and I now realise was contributing considerably to the neck and shoulder pain I had, and the poor nights’ sleep I was having. I 100% recommended this lovely organic mattress.

I purchased a delux b mattress in Jun and I'm absolutely stoked with the purchase and comfort of the mattress! Amy and the team were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and have cleared up questions I had. I am always raving about my mattress to others and recommend at any given chance. This is a A++ mattress!
