Absolutely thrilled with my Demko mattress. I love that it’s organic and vegan friendly. After years of discomfort with my old mattress I’m now getting the best sleep of my life. Tamas was wonderfully helpful and advised me on which one would suit my requirements the best. Highly recommend.

We purchased our Demko DeLuxe b mattress in July after much research and wanting a chemical free and safe option for ourselves and our kids. Only one month and we are LOVING this bed. We have tried 3 different beds in the past 10 years and always the same problem, aching back, pins and needles and sore hips. Within a week all of that was gone and I wake up feeling my spine is aligned and rested. I would say I'm sleeping deeper as well as i don't wake up every time I turn over or because something hurts. Demko’s customer service were helpful and courteous every step of the way, we will be buying another one when our daughter is ready for her first single bed. Worth every penny. THANK YOU!

I spent many long hours trying to find a mattress which would be comfortable, good for my ageing bones and completely chemical free. I had put off getting a new mattress as the last time I bought one around 12 years ago (too long I know) I could not use it for at least a year as it had “that smell”. It was not cheap but had been treated with fire retardant chemicals which affected me enormously including puffy eyes and nausea. So, recently, I knew I had to Bite the bullet and get a new one as it was past its “sell by date”; my body was aching more when I got out of bed than when I got in but I put it off as I had got “used” to the toxic mattress. And then I found Demko - and an added bonus - I found Tamas who answered every query fully. So, I ordered the Delux C. Tamas waited patiently on the telephone when I went to see what sort of slats were on my bed and confirmed that my choice of Demko mattress would be suitable for my needs. The delivery men were completely on schedule and cheerfully carried the (rather heavy) mattress upstairs to my bedroom. That night I slept on my new mattress - there was no smell at all and although my husband found the mattress firmer than expected we both slept very well. No puffy eyes, a clear head and no aching bones. However, after three weeks we thought we would try the option which Tamas suggested to us of swapping the layers around and making the mattress 30% softer. Well, my husband who is notoriously hard to please absolutely loved the softer option and although I was more than happy with the firmer option I too love the less firm option and now find myself looking at the clock thinking only an hour or so before I can get in my bed and say “this is the best part of the day”. I bought a double size DeLuxe C mattress a few months ago and love sleeping on it! And this was after trying a couple of other mattresses. I've had quite a few injuries and this mattress is awesome. In fact I am so happy with my mattress that I arranged for my mother in law, who has serious back problems, to buy one too. It's the best she's slept in years. And the team (thanks Amy!) at Demko are really good to talk to and deal with. This is a genuine company and run by people who care about their clients and do a great job. And now I've just bought yet another Demko mattress for my bed in the other town I live in, so obviously I rate these mattresses at the top of the charts!! They are top quality, naturally based, have a very nice cover on them. Perfect for me. They are great for minimising partner disturbance, are very uniform and comfortable right up to the edge, and I haven't experienced the same sagging that the previous innerspring mattresses I tried suffered from. These mattresses will last a very very long time whilst stay clean and healthy. And a nice business to deal with. Thanks Demko 🙂

This is a review of the Demko bed system with latex mattress and Greta bed frame.

I’m really happy with the Demko bed. I was looking for a bed and mattress without any added flame retardant or other chemicals. Also, I do have chronic back pain so I need something that will nurture my back. It scores on all of these points. Demko had told me that the bed might take a few nights to get used to, but I found it really comfortable from the start. After using it for a month so far my back pain is definitely reduced and I’m getting a great night’s sleep. The combination of sprung wooden slat base with latex mattress doesn’t seem to be very common in the UK, but it works brilliantly for me. I like the aesthetic of the bed, too. It looks, feels and smells great. The beech bedframe is particularly lovely - solidly made and very nicely finished. The friends who assembled it for me said that it was an easy job.

The customer service has been very good. I was given helpful advice on the phone and my emailed questions were answered promptly. We needed to arrange a specific week for delivery because of my circumstances and this all went smoothly with good communications from the couriers. I’m very happy. I highly recommend Demko for the quality of their products and their customer service.

Excellent overall experience with Demko: customer service, courtesy but I am especially satisfied by the quality of the mattress. I have been suffering from back ache since 20 years and have been able to manage it doing a lot of yoga. Four years ago I bought a new mattress and my back ache returned. Not as bad as it was before yet the moment I woke up was always critical and my back and hips' flexibility was compromised to a certain degree. After only one night I slept on Demko mattress I woke up pain free. I am so happy of the mattress that I am buying another one for my son's bedroom.

How fortunate we were to find Demko and have Tamas to guide us, He is extremely knowledgeable and always very generous with his time instantly answering our numerous calls. He never put us under any pressure or obligation.
The Demko website is full of interesting information and easy to navigate. Our confidence and trust with Tamas ( and Demko ) has been fully justified. Our mattress was delivered on time and when requested. We have slept on it for just over a week and are absolutely delighted with it. Back and neck pain have reduced and I can lie with great comfort on my back. My wife and I do not feel the other moving or getting in and out of the bed. The feeling is difficult to describe as it is both firm, giving great evenly spread support and yet soft when you first settle into it. We have had Vi Spring beds before this one and would never go back to a pocket sprung mattress. I should add how firm and supportive the edges of the mattress are which is great to help get out bed and means the full width of it can be utilised.
I would highly recommend Demko and Tamas to anyone considering replacing their mattress. Thank you for all your time and help ...... Robert

The Greta bed is beautiful and the mattress comfortable. The bed was very easy to assemble, requiring no tools just 2 adults to lift sections into place. Customer service and follow up has been good.

If you are in any doubt, rest assured ....... and you will, Demko offer an outstanding product and service. I did extensive research when looking for a new mattress, decided natural organic latex was right for us and then contacted numerous suppliers. Having never slept on latex before, I questioned their products thoroughly, probably more than anyone has a right to and it became obvious that Demko offered a far superior product. Tamas was always helpful, patient and quick to call back if he was unavailable when I called. I eventually opted for a custom configuration as I was unsure on firmness / softness of the mattress and this offered many different options. However this was probably unnecessary - from the first night my spine felt aligned and it is an absolute joy to sleep on this mattress. I don't have the base that Demko offer which also looks great. As I ordered a superking mattress, the only slight issue involved the delivery - the poor guys struggled to get the mattress to my shed from the parking area (around 25m) and we also struggled to bring the mattress from the shed into the cottage (3m). It was very heavy and like trying to lift a very large jelly! However once laid flat in our front room, we were able to unzip the outer covers and move the mattress in its constituent parts up our narrow winding stair and through the small doorway quite easily - another major plus given we wanted a superking as this would not have been possible with a sprung mattress. Both my partner and I sleep better than ever before and are so glad we found Demko - it really is worth every penny. Thank you so much Tamas and team!

3 years ago we have bought a Deluxe C mattress from Demko which still feels like brand new – top quality product. Me and my partner could not be happier with it. 3 weeks ago we have received the DeLuxe A Junior mattress we ordered for our son (8 yrs) and he is also extremely happy with it, he again sleeps like a baby 🙂 Highly recommended product and company!

We bought the Deluxe C mattress. One of the best mattress I have slept on. It provides good support whatever position I sleep in. What I have noticed lately is that I fall asleep easily without struggles and sleep all through the night. Something I dont take for granted. Part of the problem was chornic back and neck pain issues. I can honestly say that I havent slept so well in years! And hours of yoga sessions meant nothing without a good mattress to sustain my body while sleeping!
I highly recommend!

Great mattress , quick delivery, no complaints at all

We are returning customers. 2 years ago we have bought a DeLuxe C mattress which proved to be the best ever mattress we had. Now, we bought 2 other DeLuxe C mattresses for our children and the they sleep like babies again :)

I've researched all manner of organic mattresses over a 8 month period. Having slept on latex/coir mattress for a few years I know how good it is. I kept coming back to Demko. Simple pure latex and coconut coir, no gimicks, the required certification and always focused on customer care, thanks Jennifer great service. I'm sleeping like a baby next to my 185cm husband, he's loving it too. He rolls over and I don't feel a thing, the organic latex absorbs any motion. Why make a mattress out of anything else? We are thrilled with our purchase. The mattress is also very cool to sleep on. Do yourself a favour, get a Demko!

We found out about the Demko mattress from a friend of ours and could not be happier with our purchase! I can’t remember the last time I had such a comfortable night’s sleep. My partner, who works night shift, was having terrible sleep on our previous mattress but we can now say since we’ve switched to, he has noticed his sleep quality has improved for the good on our Demko! He is having a much better sleep and getting more of the much needed zzz’s that he wasn’t prior to using Demko's delux c mattress. We would definitely purchase again with no hesitation. Wonderful organic product. Just for what we are looking.

We are utterly satisfied with our Demko's DeLuxe B latex-coir firm mattress which has perfect support and no pressure points. We received it within the stated time frame. After a few days of getting used to our first latex-coir mattress, we are sleeping better than ever without constant tossing and turning. Great investment, perfectly made mattress.

We had searched around for a while for a good, comfortable, non toxic but affordable mattress for a few months. The more we searched the more we realised it is not at all easy to find a truly organic one which really does not contain any chemicals or adhesives. After all, I'm so glad we found Demko and made the purchase. We absolutely love our new mattress – DeLuxe C! We are sleeping like logs and love the comfy feel. We didn't notice any offensive odor at all and have no complaints. We are beyond happy with our entire purchase experience and will definitely be buying more great mattresses from them for the rest of the family soon! Oh another plus, super fast shipping, even in these challenging days! Thank you Demko!
