Possibly a scam.
I was provided with a tracking number via E-Mail for Royal Mail, but when I check this tracking number, it says the package was delivered to a completely different part of the country.
When I try and get more details by entering my postcode, it rejects it, which I assume is because the address the package was sent to is not mine.
Very shady indeed.

I seldom get caught out by companies selling online and generally look at reviews for the company but this time I didn't bother and I'm now regretting it.

The items I ordered have not arrived and are now four days overdue and Royal Mail tracking have advised they have not received the items although Denims4u claim they dispatched them in an email I received from them.

My last email to them enquiring about my items produced the usual email you get when a company is playing for time or worse are not bothered about their customers. They give a phone number to ring but you've guessed it, no one ever answers.

It now looks like I'm now going to go through Paypals refund procedure which is a pain but at least I know I shall get my funds back for non delivery and not have to deal with items that could well have been allegedly fake if some other reviews are too be believed.

UPDATE: Claimed a refund via Paypal today (09/07/25) and received an immediate full refund without the need to supply any further info/evidence other than I had provided when I made the initial claim. Makes me wonder if the company concerned has "history".

But they’re not Brimarc braces. The braces sent to us are possibly Brimarc like - but they are poor imitations. They were advertised as being Brimarc but instead i think this was merely used as a descriptive term.

My partner tried to call this company about the order and the phone just rang.

We will keep these braces because they are needed, more than they are wanted.

Ordered jeans, arrived 2 days later, excellent quality and fit, will be ordering more items soon

Avoid this company.
Ordered 2 pairs of jeans end of November, went to wrap them up today just to find they've sent the wrong size. Trying to call but no one is answering, the number belongs to Yorkshire Property & Management Services...
I believe they are possibly a scam!

BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT DEAL WITH DEMINS4U. Sent wrong jeans. Never sent a return label after 2 months. Retrieved my money through my credit card company who are investigating Demins4U.

Ordered a pair of jeans off this company and a couple of days later they arrived nicely packaged . They didn’t fit which was my fault ordering the wrong size so I had to send them back.My only caveat is that you have to pay return postage but again my fault as I didn’t read the small print. All said and done a pleasurable experience.

I bought a pair of jeans off them... They arrived but far too big despite ordering the correct size... I sent them back at my expense buy they claim they've never received them ... Very unhelpful when I rang up to query where the replacement jeans where ( this is obviously before I discovered they claim they never got them)..

Lessoned learnt, had I had read these reviews I would not have purchased anything from them, as it is actually as the reviews said. Placed an order, they sent me an email to say they had been dispatched. Gave me a tracking number which didn't work. Tried by email and phone to get hold on them with no response. Then rang the company they so called are part of who said that was untrue and no longer had anything to do with them, however in the same office. The order was for a present which I gave plenty of time for them to be delivered. I left a message again, lets see if they called after I told them I was going to Trading Standards. Won't hold my breath. Would definately not recommend

I ordered a pair of Crosshatch jeans one evening which I have bought before at a shop. They were dispatched the next morning and arrived the morning after. I also placed another order at a later time with the same results. The jeans were exactly as I expected.

Don't use these guys. They are scammers. They take your money and fulfill your order but then if you have any issues you can't get in touch with them or they ignore your emails. Really unprofessional and extremely poor customer service.

Stuff arrived fast but the jeans and belt I bought that where meant to be the same size but the jeans where 3 sizes to big and the belt 2 sizes to small. I've emailed them countless times but still no response!

So I ordered 3 pairs of jeans on the 13th November at a cost of £53 plus £5 postage, they arrived soon after however the fit wasn't great, this isn't the issue. I sent the items back on the 18th, I told my wife to send them back second class, as I wasn't willing to pay to much to send them back, she took them to the post office and sent them at a cost of £3.10, very reasonable. Two weeks later I had no refund, so sent several emails with no reply, I phoned and spoke with a gentleman in sales, who asked for a tracking number, I informed him it was sent second class I didn't track it, he seemed dismissive and said he would have a look there is a pile in the back still to be sorted and I should be refunded in 24-48hrs, I left it a further two weeks and phoned again, he stated he couldn't recall our last conversation, he kept pushing for a tracking number which I didn't think I had, he said if it was sent on the 18th of November almost a month ago then my fight would be with royal mail as they weren't a month behind on returns and had not received my returns, I found my receipt my wife had got and it had a reference number that when entered into Royal Mail site it stated it was received on the 23rd November, this is before my first phone call, I called back and gave the number which was checked and I was told I would be refunded, which I was, not for any of the postage which I thought they may do as they had clearly tried to effectively steal my money. My issue is they clearly had received my items before my first call and my second call, and if I didn't provide a tracking number I would not get a refund, even though it was clearly received. I believe this to be a way of refusing refunds if sender's have no proof of postage. Do not use this company. The denims on here are a available many other places like m&m direct which provide postage back. This is a sub standard company and should be avoided, a lengthy review but I needed to share.

Horrible experience.
I prchased a jacket and was waiting nearly three weeks for the delivery - no communication, no response to emails. Then I had to return the product and I was waiting ages to get the money back - we know it doesn't take long at all through PayPal. They said they issued the refund, but they hadn't... Why lie?
I do not recomment to anyone!!! Try to find your clothes at a more reliable shop.

Bought 4 jeans, but one was too small, and I wanted to return. However, despite several mails about how to return, they never replied. I now gave up. I will never buy there anymore! :-( Most ignorant "customer service" !

Only store selling the size l need.

I ordered the wrong size jeans in error, the jeans were exchanged and delivered in 5 working days. Can't fault their customer service. Mick from Stoke.

Also known as Jeans4U, Terrible customer service sent the wrong items refused to acknowledge any attempt to contact them, had to raise a PayPal dispute case before they responded. Waiting to see if my return postage costs refunded will update
