Terrible customer service order got delivered to wrong address got signed for and kept by whoever signed it. parcel company told me to contact sender which ive had no reply whatsoever.disgraceful

Terrible customer service
Order took ages to arrive, when it did it was wrong size so had to return, I also had to pay to return it myself. 2 weeks later I still haven't received my replacement. Tried emailing to find out what's going on but getting no response. Really poor customer service

I had the same issues.
You pay a 48 hour track and trace. They email you to say it’s been despatched. That was on a Friday at 4pm. Rang them on a Monday - they said it was prepared after the shop closed. They said they would sort it Monday. It wasn’t. I rang them Tuesday and they said it will be sent.
I sent two pairs back to them as I ordered the wrong size. One is now not in stock. I would not have known that had I not ring them. The gentleman I spoke to made me feel I was in the wrong. So a guaranteed track 48 will actually be a track 120 by the time I have got it. I needed big waist and long leg trousers. This is the second time a delay has happened. They did ask if they could put all 3 pairs in same package too - obviously trying to cut down on delivery costs.
This is the final time I will use this company.

The goods are good quality however delivery and customers is really poor.
I bought a pair of jeans and paid next day delivery they didn't arrive till over a week later after i tried contacting them via email several times and ended up putting a paypal dispute in.
