Clear policy cover description and straightforward claim application process. The claim process has always worked with no inconvenience for over 5 years. I had access to my preferred method, which is an online claim.

Your bot is appalling and constantly sends you around in circles. All O wanted was to speak to a human as a patient and you don't have any option to do this unless its an emergency. Sack your web designer and start having some basic customer services!

Recently lost a filling whilst on holiday in Turkey. I emailed Denplan and got an immediate positive response. I received a temporary filling and made a claim on arrival home. I got confirmation of payment the next day.

The claim submission is easy and straightforward. Processing time is very reasonable, and reimbursement is in line with the expectations.

Service provided by dentists aren't monitored so its just a tick box exercise. Xrays done for the sake of it and served no purpose: so much so that hygienist didn't have the information needed.
Denist admin were keeping a score chart in the office for sold Denplan.

Awful awful customer experience.
On hold for an hour just to speak to a real person who then told me they could do nothing and I had to contact my dentist - who had already told me to contact Denplan. All i needed to do was add a new person to the plan. Their plan, not my dentist!!!!!!
HOW CAN THAT BE SO HARD.
Also the music on hold has now killed any enjoyment of ever listening to Coldplay ever again.

Recently while in Denmark I experienced pain with a tooth recently crowned by my local dentist. As having Denplan I phoned to establish if I was covered for treatment abroad. I was informed by a very pleasant lady that my policy had the appropriate supplement. I was advised to find a local dentist and ensure I got an itemised bill after I paid for any treatment required. The lady advised me that a claim form would need to be completed (which she emailed me whilst I was on the call) and the itemised bill be attached. It could be sent on by post or email.
On returning home I did as she asked. Within a couple of days of me having the completed form sent by email to Denplan, my claim was ok'd and the monies were placed into my account with no fuss.

My regular dentist is over 70 miles away from my home but he’s taken care of my teeth for such a long time I don’t want to change…it’s only a problem when I need emergency treatment which has happened… a couple of days of increasing pain I needed a dentist rapidly
Phoned Denplan early and left a message, Harry got back to me very quickly. Explained my dilemma and how rough I felt…within a short time he quickly found me an appt with a local dentist ..Great service and compassion over the phone..Thanks Harry 😊

With my regular dentist being some distance from my home I was relieved to find that Denplan could help me to find relief from the dreadful dental pain that I had been suffering.

After contacting a Denplan consultant (unfortunately I didn’t note his name), I was quickly helped to access emergency dental treatment in my area at a time when I had significant mobility issues due to a leg injury. This made it possible for me to receive urgent care for a severe wisdom tooth infection — which was at its worse, and more painful than the leg injury itself. All bills were covered by the policy, and the claims process was seamless. Overall, I would strongly recommend Denplan for their empathy, efficiency and value for money. The consultant went above and beyond at a moment when I was in considerable pain and agony.

I have cancelled my plan due to the payment increase. I visit my dentist once a year and its not worth what I pay to what I pay for one visit. Also I asked what exactly I'm I paying for when the price went up. I was sent an email telling me. My money goes to,staff training, equipment and building maintenance?. I now pay less for one visit a year than what I was paying on the plan.

I've had an excellent experience with DenPlan over the last two years.
Communication: Their email communication is fantastic – I usually receive a reply the same day or the next, which is very reassuring.
Claim Submission: The online claim process is simple and easy to follow. The only small downside is that the site can feel a little clunky – it logs you out quite quickly and doesn’t offer much claim history in the portal. It would be great if it worked more like the Simply Health portal and if DenPlan had an app to make it even more convenient.
Claim Processing: They are very understanding of personal situations – happy to wait if extra documentation is needed – and once everything is provided, they respond quickly.
Overall, I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend DenPlan to others.
