My husband and myself have only been on DENSE vitamins for 2 months and already we have noticed a difference in the thickness of our hair, will definitely continue to take the vitamins that taste really nice, like a sweetie. I had a query regarding my subscription plan that was sorted quickly and swiftly.
Great company and products.

Does not work and no refund. I used their supplements for 3 months and saw no difference. Possibly more shedding. They promise a refund if there is no result after 3 months but when you read the details, it says you only get a refund if you sent a photo when you first ordered the supplements, so no refund unless you read the details and send them regular photos. I had no idea about this when I ordered.

I have been using the full range of products including the hair vitamins, spray and shampoo/ conditioner for about 6 months and my hair is growing and looking thicker and healthier than it has done in years.
Great products and customer service.

I was in the early stages of balding the front of scalp was becoming more and more visible no matter the lighting which was upsetting because I love long hair anyway through some research I came across dense and there products have honestly saved my hair its become thicker the visible spots aren't visible and its just incredibly effective and potent now I understand that I did catch my balding in its early stages which my hair luckily has responded to so I will keep on shopping here unless something really drastic happens and all the progress reverses and to which I may need to look into topical dutasteride but yeah other than that I will say to anyone thats stuttering about dense just go through with it

Excellent company brilliant products my hair thickness and length is so much better. Customer service always reply and make it so easy would highly recommend.

Extremely poor experience with this company. I cancelled my order well in advance (on 19 March), yet they still proceeded to ship it days later.

To make matters worse, I have not even received the product, yet they are insisting that I must return it in order to receive a refund. This is completely unreasonable—how can I return something that has never been delivered?

Customer service has now stopped responding altogether, ignoring multiple follow-ups and failing to take responsibility for their mistake.

This situation has been entirely caused by their failure to process a valid cancellation request, yet they are attempting to shift the burden onto the customer.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Initially, I was unsure of the results until I compared an older photo, and my partner pointed it out! Much appreciation to DENSE from both of us, haha.She used to say my hair didn't matter as it was thinning, but now she loves that I have it!Plus, the shampoo has an amazing scent!

The gummies taste great! It too early to say if they work but I am very hopeful as the knowledge and the research is second to none! I fully recommend giving these a go if you are looking for a hair supplement! The customer service have been fantastic they helped me with my queries within the day. They are very reasonably priced and worth the investment.

I paid for subscription of 3 boxes of hair vitamins , I got one only and i had to chase them for remaining two boxes . They said they are out of stock and that they will send it when it`s back in stock ( that supposed to be on 26th November) , I requested refund. So far no response, no overdue vitamins , and no refund

They do not prioritise subscribers and you may have to ‘wait’ for your next subscription because they’ve run out. I think they just prioritise new customers over subscribers.

Absolutely shocking disregard towards customers. 3 weeks now, no delivery, no contact, emails and messages go unanswered. 'tracking' link doesn't work. Will be raising dispute via credit card. Clearly scammers. Avoid
Update: 3 months later they respond here saying delays are caused by lack of medical questionnaire answers. Complete and utter lies. I BOUGHT A PACK OF VITAMINS. Your customer service admitted you had zero stock and are selling things you do not actually have so please spare the ‘trying to save our face’ act. So yeah avoid- dishonest company.

Even after 3 months plus I've not notice any difference with my hair unfortunately but they are great tasting

Bought a bundle with them, but it doesn’t actually seem to work at all and if anything made it worse especially the rubber head scrubber. Delivery received on time but it just seems like they stick a prescription label on the package to make it look better. Wasn’t any real review or consultation. Not using the product anymore so it’s a pretty expensive for something that will go in the bin. Much better options out there after some more research.

I didnt think it was working until I looked at a previous pic and then my mrs noticed! thanks DENSE on behalf of me and my partner haha

She said she didnt care about my hair as I was going bald but now says she prefers it that i have it!!

Also shampoo smells incredidle!

I’ve been a customer of Dense for a year now and honestly I can only say great things about them. The product is great, effective and simple to use, I use the topical spray that has the blocker dutasteride in.

It’s easy to use, and highly effective. As a doctor myself I was keen to use topicals blockers instead of taking systemic medication as I have tried these previously and tablets have caused me side effects. I was however unsure the results would be as good.
After 6 months of use I think the results are easily as good as tablets, and I have no side effects.

I have also used the dense salt spray and have to say it’s the best one I have ever tried!!

The service is easy and simple to use, the products come regularly and on time, so well done guys on a fantastic product, a professional service and you have one very happy customer ☺️
