Made the whole experience so easy. From pick up to drop off at the airport. Customer service second to none. Felt so confident with the staff who explained everything as they went along. And my teeth feel and look amazing. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Ik ben naar DentaPoint gegaan voor een tandvlees transplantatie. Door het spalkje van de tandarts is er tandvleesrecessie ontstaan en miste ik een stukje tandvlees. In Nederland betaal je 2500 euro waarvan 1200 euro alleen nog maar 2 x mondzorg (schoonmaken). Na wat googlen op het internet kwam ik uit bij MedicalTravel en kon ik in Utrecht komen voor een consult. Hier was de tandarts van DentaPoint ook aanwezig. Dat ik vooraf de tandarts heb ontmoet heeft mij eigenlijk over de streep getrokken om naar DentaPoint te gaan. Vanaf het moment dat ik bij DentaPoint binnen stapte tot aan vandaag ben ik zeer goed behandeld! Hele lieve mensen daar die echt het beste met je voor hebben. Ook moet ik de dame Cagla benoemen die alles vertaald heeft voor mij en mij heeft ondersteund van begin tot eind, dankjewel 🩷 Pijnstillers/medicatie krijg je in de praktijk waardoor je dat niet zelf ergens nog hoeft te kopen. Op maandag heb ik de behandeling gehad en daarna ben ik nog 3 keer op controle geweest. Ik kan alleen maar zeggen dat ik het iedereen aanraad om naar DentaPoint te gaan. Je krijgt een veel betere prijs en het contact is allemaal net wat persoonlijker waardoor ik er alle vertrouwen in had. In Oktober komt de tandarts weer naar Nederland en zou ik daar kunnen komen voor een controle afspraak.
De doorslag gaf echt het consult, waarbij de tandarts heeft aangegeven dat ze het wel aandurfden. Tandvleestransplantaties komen namelijk niet zo heel vaak voor maar het is allemaal goed aan het genezen en heb nauwelijks pijn gehad. Dentapoint, heel erg bedankt!🩷🩷

Where do I start. So around 6 months ago I started my treatment with dentapoint. From the onset they were very friendly ozzy and sueda are very nice and friendly people massive shoutout to both of them. So my treatment was to be all on 6. I arrived on sunday night and was in the chair on monday morning all teeth taken out and implants in under sedation. What can I say about that experience 🤔 painless, fast, and very professional, I still cant believe how smooth my experience was and painfree. After this I went home for 6 months with my temps which again I was super happy with. I came back on the 14th of june for my finals. And all I can say is THANK YOU they look and feel amazing. The service the staff and everything else was 10/10 I cant fault these people and the treatment. If you were to want treatment I would definitely 100% choose dentapoint

4 implantaten gezet in december 2025. In april 2026 7 kronen geplaatst. Kliniek is voorzien van alle nieuwste technische snufjes. Dr. Ali (kaakchirurg) is zeer kundig, rustig, geen vraag is teveel. De mevrouw die kronen plaatste is ook zeer kundig en stelt je gerust. De vertaalsters/begeleiders zijn vriendelijke, behulpzame jonge dames. Ik heb vanaf het eerste moment vertrouwen gehad in de kundigheid van alle medewerkers. De begeleiding vanaf vliegveld, hotel en naar kliniek is fijn en goed. Er was Nederlandse vertaler afgesproken maar die was niet beschikbaar. Ik spreek zelf redelijk Engels dus dat was geen probleem. Na enkele dagen wordt je nog ge-appt hoe het gaat. Ik heb geen 5 sterren gegeven omdat ik vind dat er administratief nog wel wat te verbeteren valt. Bij 2e behandeling kon men niet terug vinden welke medicatie ik eerder had gehad. En ik heb diverse malen om factuur moeten vragen. Uiteindelijk wel ontvangen. Kortom, aanrader maar blijf alert en doorvragen als iets niet duidelijk is.

I highly recomend this clinic for their professionalism, quality of the care and kindness of the staff. A dedicated person follows you throughout your treatment, and you are always given the opportunity to ask questions and make your own decisions. Procedures are explained and thorougly conducted in a clean, tidy and peaceful environement. I can only praise both doctors : Surgeon Ali Kılıç, and prosthodontist Ataberk Yürük. The rcommended hotel is a 5 min. walking distance in a very safe area. Ismir is charming and welcoming.

First off I was supposed to fly out in April for my first treatment. My wife contracted sepsis and the team were so helpful. They had no problems in swapping appointments. Then the 7th to the 11th of june I flew out to start my treatment. Private taxi to the hotel and the dentist is a 1 minute walk away. The whole team are super friendly Ozzy and Sueda especially. Very helpful full of information and helpful advice. I came with a dental abcess and it was no trouble at all they completely removed infection and helped me recover. I now have temp teeth in which are really good quality and feel great. Im very excited to join the team in October for my permanent smile! Thank you again guys changed my life even if it is only half way through so far.

I recently had my dental treatment completed at Dentapoint, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. After experiencing issues with dentists in the UK, the team at Dentapoint made me feel welcome from day one. Everyone was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me achieve a healthier smile.

They not only transformed the appearance of my teeth but also advised me on additional treatment that would improve the long-term health and lifespan of my teeth, which I chose to go ahead with. The hospitality throughout the whole process was fantastic for both myself and my partner, and the airport and hotel transfers made everything completely stress-free.

The entire experience was outstanding. I had a full mouth restructure 15 implants (9 top 6 bottom) with both sinus lifts and 2 full bridges. It was a life changer for me who was experiencing regular toothache and worry. The staff were simply amazing, I would like to mention Esra in particular as she was my go-to contact throughout, I cannot thank her and Dentapoint enough. Do you need dental help? I had an excellent experience with Dentapoint International Clinic in Izmir.

Before choosing this clinic, I contacted several others in the area, but Dentapoint stood out immediately due to their outstanding communication. From the very beginning, they provided clear, detailed, and fast responses, which gave me confidence to proceed with my treatment.

A special thank you to Salih, my coordinator, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He organized all the treatment details, personally called me to reassure me, and arranged everything including airport transfers (both pick-up and drop-off) and hotel accommodation. Everything was handled perfectly and stress-free.

The clinic itself is modern, clean, and very well organized, and all the staff were professional and welcoming.

My dentist, Dr. Ataberk, delivered an exceptional experience. The treatment was completely painless, and he worked with great care and precision. He always explained each step calmly and made sure I was comfortable at all times. His assistant was also very professional, and together they made an excellent team.

During my stay, Çağla was very helpful with daily information at the clinic, and Marian, who speaks Romanian, made communication even easier and more comfortable.

I am extremely happy with the final result — I left with the best smile I have ever had. I feel much more confident, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations.

In reply to Dentapoints response, I would of course post pictures of the gaps that remain, but I'm unable to post pictures on here. I would also post the message I received from you telling me you strongly recommend I sign the form to say I'm happy else you would void my warranty and not treat me again.

I wasn't told that I would have gaps due to the shape of my natural gum, I was only told after I complained about them that it was fine and my gums would grow into them, which you've left out of your reply.

I did appreciate the offer to try to make good, but leaving with gaps in-between other teeth has not made my experience and treatment any better. I would not have spent more travel money just to complain for the sake of complaining.

My temporary teeth on my second visit fitted well, with no gaps, but for some reason the finals were filed down to create gaps. I went through removal and re-cemeting, with extra costs, for nothing. I'm also still left with premolars that are rough with no occlusion, what I can only describe as hippopotamus teeth, and upper molars that are much wider than my original teeth were - professional and expert crowns can and should be made to the same size as original teeth.

Although my crowns may 'look good' in a picture (without a full smile) it is not just about aesthetics, I am constantly uncomfortable and I will not just 'get used to it'. What kind of clinic can't make crowns to fit the individual?.
I didn't even get an apology for the way the first dentist treated me. I have been made to feel like I was constantly complaining when in fact I just wanted what I had paid for, completed in a professional manner. If I had received a teeth/smile design prior to the temporary teeth being fitted then I would likely have gone elsewhere, as apparently you cannot fine tune teeth to patients requirements.

In one word: the best. It is incredible what these people can do in dentistry. They literally change your life and give you your smile back. The staff is super nice and polite. There is one woman named Sueda; she guided me incredibly well through the process and kept me well informed. Hats off to her. Don't hesitate, this is where you need to be.

I needed quite a lot of work done and I was terrified, also terrified it would cost a literal arm and a leg, but they talked about all options available and I was shocked (in a fantastic way) by how much my treatment was going to cost, the team eased my fears and made me feel right at home, no judgements, no upselling, they gave me time to figure everything out, they told me what they would do in my situation and we came up with a plan together for what my treatment plan would involve, and I’m I love with the results, and I’ve ever been so happy to laugh and smile!

From the airport transfers, to the hotel, to asking random questions about what I can do in the city whilst recovering, everyone was incredible!

Salen was my first point of contact at DentaPoint. Salen guided me through each step and was very helpful and informative. Right down to arranging for airport pick-up and drop off. The driver, Rizza, greeted me warmly on arrival. (And he arrived in plenty of time before we left for the airport.). The hotel location was a pleasant 4 minute walk to DentaPoint, where I met the cheerful team. The staff there created a lovely relaxing atmosphere, like a hug. All of the team worked cheerfully and communicated well with each other, and well between the various departments (Photos, X-ray etc). I was there to have 2 molar dental implants fitted, which took less than 30 minutes. I had no pain afterwards, just a little swelling. All of the friendly, young staff, including Salem and Marius, were keen to answer any questions we had, including directing us to recommended places of interest and places to eat.
I stayed at the KayaPrestige Hotel, where the reception staff were kind and courteous.
The DentaPoint information sheet was very comprehensive, I was impressed. (Had my previous dentist informed me so well, I would not have been so worried about the issues that arose following the 8 top crowns I'd had fitted, and back home, and which I'm considering having redone at DentaPoint when I return for my implant crowns; DentaPoint crowns appear to be of a much better standard and higher quality; their appearance is so real; more translucent and less solid than the ones I was fitted with, in Ireland (only 2 years ago). If only I had known about DentaPoint earlier!!!).
I'm looking forward to spending more time in Izmir, this September.

I had an amazing experience at DentaPoint clinic. At first I was dubious about going to Turkey for dentist treatment as I was going into the unknown.
But after careful research of the company and reading the reviews and talking directly with their representative I made my decision.
The price was very reasonable compared to my dentist here.
I paid a small deposit of £100 , they arranged and paid for hotel accommodation and personal transportation to and from the airport.
The clinic was amazing with the latest technology for comfort and perfection.
I left with exactly how I wanted my teeth, by keeping my natural gap 😁
Sueda my aftercare assistant was amazing from the beginning of the process, translating and keeping me updated every steps of the process. Selen the international representative is very informative and organised my hotel and VIP transportation.

I came to DentaPoint to have my teeth done because my wife was over the moon with hers… and I feel the same way… from the first visit to the last the treatment has been brilliant 1st class service from start to finish …I done most of the communication through oz who was amazing… then on our last trip we me a new young lady called tugce uslu who was lovely… very kind and friendly
