Worst Experience of my life. I was not even going to write a review but the rudeness and constant lies and just unprofessionalism of the translator Jan pushed me to it. You might notice new review since mine contradicting exactly what I say, even mentioning Jan, don’t believe this - it’s all fake their reviews are fake - this is a real one. And it’s important that people know the truth - I Wanted Veneers and agreed in principal for veneers, when I arrived they made me get crowns, so I had to shave off 28 teeth (healthy teeth included) the shaving was the most painful thing I’ve ever encountered, it was agony, I was crying out in pain & the dentist had no clue what she was doing, she injected anaesthetic and it didn’t help at all. There were power cuts during the operation and I’m sitting there in pitch black while the dentist had a drill in her hand, I was terrified, it was like a scene from a horror movie. They cemented the teeth in and it was completely misaligned, my bite completely off, every day I’m still in pain because of this and my bite always cuts the inside of my cheek and gums. My Jaw is constantly in pain because of misalignment which they refused to a knowledge and I suffer migranes. The actual operation in the clinic was the most painful thing I’ve ever experienced as well, I think their dentists do not know what they’re doing. Regardless of all their fake positive reviews and social media presence avoid this surgery at all costs. Outside of the botched operations they make you wait hours on end and are constantly late without giving you a schedule, they don’t give you any kind of receipt for what you have had done and refuse to even give you your information. It’s as though you never saw them in the first place because you have no proof you were ever there. A cowboy dentist surgery at best. Please avoid the translator Jan, another con man who works for them. God help anyone who goes to this surgery, it will not end well for you. Since writing the review they have sent me a “warning” letter threatening me, with a load of lies about me, claiming I assaulted and abused them, saying I physically assualted them. It’s just lie after lie, I guess that’s how they deal with people who tell the truth about them, intimidation and threat. This shows how low and cowboy this surgery is, again if you ever have the chance, avoid this company. The worst experience of my life. I’m still in pain

Outstanding service from start to finish from the support staff clinicians and medics. First class results, low pain and helpful informative guidance throughout. The treatment costs matched the estimate and were very reasonable. Izmir is great too!!!

I could not have been taken care of any better than I was by the staff at Dentapoint.
I had major surgery, and the staff made it an almost pleasurable experience. I had made my mind up that it would be worth the suffering to get the results I wanted. Well, there was no suffering involved. No pain, no swelling and most importantly, no infection. It was almost a religious experience. Thank you all so much.

Getting my teeth done at this clinic was the best thing I ever done in my life , I can finally smile from years of hiding it , the people who helped me are amazing , they made me smile again and I thank them dearly , I recommend this clinic to everyone to anyone who wants there teeth doing , defo go here xx

Was made to feel comfortable from start to finish. Everything was explained all through the treatment. Language wasn't a problem as they speak very good English.
Hotel was very well placed regarding location, also very well appointed.

Our coordinator Ozzy was very helpful. Everything went perfectly as planned. The transfers were on time. Dental appointment were fast and efficient. Our hotel was lovely!

Went to Dentapoint In Turkey and had 23 zirconia Emax Porcelian crowns fitted. Was there for 5 days. Treatment was amazing, all the staff were fantastic I was very happy with the final outcome. Completely pain free experience during the treatments. The facilities were clean, professional and the technology used was miles ahead of anything I’ve experienced in the UK. Price wise the cost of all 23 teeth would have only got 4 maybe 5 replaced in the UK. I’ve got my smile back even if I am still learning to smile without hiding my teeth again. Thank you to Ozzy and Ramilya for looking after me while I was there and to all the team that did such excellent work.

Prior to coming to Türkiye, I did a little “research” on what I wanted done and came up with my own treatment plan that included bridges, dentures and crowns. I went to a local dentist with this and they recommended implants. They said they can do what I wanted for around $25k AUD but it was only a temporary measure and would only last around 5 years, whereas their recommended plan would last around 15-20 years and would cost around $50k-$60k AUD. I decided to look overseas for other options.

I looked at a lot of clinics in Thailand, Vietnam, India, the UAE and Türkiye and decided to go with Dentapoint International as the prices were about mid-range, plus my coordinator was really lovely.

I submitted photos and outlined what I wanted done (not implants) and received a quote for this which was estimated around $6k AUD with the understanding that this was only an estimate and a comprehensive treatment plan and quote would be provided when I attended the clinic and X-rays and scans were taken. I was happy with this and booked it in.

I flew from Brisbane to Istanbul via Dubai. From Istanbul, there was a short 1 hour connection to Izmir. 26 hours total. Pick up was arranged by the clinic but the driver went to the International airport so was a little late picking me up. It didn’t help that I’d broken my phone screen in Dubai so couldn’t answer when he was calling but we got there in the end!

Hotel was only 25mins from the airport. Although it was a little dated, it was comfortable and the staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet was also included in the stay which was an added bonus!

The clinic was only 5mins walk from the hotel. Staff were real lovely and welcoming. Upon completion of the X-rays and scans, a recommended treatment plan was provided which included multiple extractions and implants. It pretty much matched the recommended treatment plan I received from my local dentist which really instilled in me a lot of confidence in the clinical team’s experience and ability. I agreed to the plan and quote and surgery commenced almost immediately after. Local anaesthetic was used and I received ibuprofen for the pain afterward. Although it wasn’t 100% pain free for me due to the extent of the infection and gum disease present, my surgeon Dr. Mahmut Boran was amazing. He was as gentle as he could be and was very reassuring throughout the procedure.

I had 8 extractions, 4 implants, a bone graft, and teeth prepared for crowns on my 2nd visit. I currently have 2 temporary bridges while I wait for the implants to bond and heal.

It’s been almost 3 months since my first visit and I am so happy with the results. Teeth are still a bit sensitive but that’s to be expected with the work that was done. Can’t wait to come back for my 2nd visit to have the work completed!

From start to finish, my experience with DentaPoint in Izmir was flawless. I was picked up from the airport in a clean, comfortable taxi and brought straight to a lovely hotel they had arranged for me — everything was smooth from the moment I landed.

The clinic itself is modern, spotless, and run to a very high standard. All of my appointments were quick, efficient, and extremely professional. I never had to wait around or worry about what was happening next — everything was handled perfectly.

A special mention has to go to Rose, my coordinator throughout the whole process. She was absolutely brilliant — friendly, organised, and made sure everything ran seamlessly. From appointments to transfers to checking in on me to make sure I was comfortable, she took care of it all. Rose made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free.

I’m genuinely delighted with how my teeth turned out — the quality of the work is excellent, and I feel confident every time I smile. The whole DentaPoint team took great care of me, and I always felt like I was in safe, expert hands.
