Took way too long to get this…
Took way too long to get this organised. I had finance due Friday last week, was able to get the lender & guarantor lender somehow done and loan approved in time but it was the bond that held things off.
Vendor happy to exchange today luckily, but as a broker myself, need to know it would be done quicker as deposit assure was always within a couple hours, if that.

Good easy experience, for adding another step in a housing market
The process to fill in an application and get approved is super easy. There email response is quick in today's age.
only gripe was i couldn't amend my bond from 5% to 10% and pay the difference.
and had to apply for a 2nd bond.
i am able to get a refund for the unused Bond which is a huge bonus

Experience of First Home Buyers
We had a little trouble with the first property we were attempting to purchase - pulled out of the buy due to building rectification works that had become evident but were not originally disclosed.
This meant we had to go through all steps again from mortgage pre-approval to deposit bond appr9val to unconditional loan approval. Deposit Power, through our mortgage broker, was expedient and thorough.
Could not have been a better service,albeit one we didn't know was available. Our mortgage broker brought Deposit Power to us, and we really appreciate what they have done.
